Placing cases with Kensington sometimes has holds up in underwriting. However that said they have underwriters that talk to you and give you solutions that lead to case getting to offer!

The whole process was excellent

The whole process was excellent. Andrew Robertson was fantastic explaining all the details of my mortgage and new insurance policies. I have no hesitation in recommending Mortgage Pathways.

Excellent service from start to finish
Had my mortgage done in September and had a very positive experience with Steven Rodger my mortgage broker to Kensington. He was professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Steven explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier. He was always available when I needed , called him many times and he was always there to answer questions, advise and kept me updated at every stage. I really appreciated his professionalism , patience and attention to detail I wanted to thank him for everything I would highly recommend
