Did a damp survey for some rectification works, however Kenwood were unable to do the works so gave a full refund for the survey. Great service

I’ve had a very positive experience with Travis Lerner so far. He has been professional, approachable and quick to respond, with clear and efficient communication throughout the process. Everything has been explained in a straightforward manner, which has made things feel well managed. The work is yet to be carried out, but based on the service to date, I’m very happy.

I needed a PCA survey report done urgently, I rang the company and they managed to accommodate me a next day early appointment as time was critical. Survey was done, report received all within 48 hours. Excellent and efficient. Travis called and went through the report explaining what is entailed in the report and how they will carry out the work, excellent simple explanation so I could understand. I would definitely recommend their services.

Tom and reeece from kenwood attended my property for works they did a great job 100% trusted them with my home as I left and they did all the work that was needed and they also cleaned up after themselves which was less of a thing for me to think about. Do not use this company. The workmen who completed the damp works left two doors to our home wide open, allowing someone to walk in and steal our belongings. Despite having time stamped video evidence from our neighbours, the company refused to accept any responsibility. This not only demonstrates extreme negligence from the workmen, but also complete dishonesty and lack of integrity from the company, including the CEO. Do not trust them at all.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. We came home after the dampwork to our posessions rummaged through and items missing. Our neighbours took videos of our front doors being left completely open by the workers who had left for the day. Despite the insurance company and police agreeing this is what happened, Kenwood refused to take any responsibility for it, took a month 'investigating' which just consisted of lying to us and ignoring us. I've never had such a terrible experience with a company, they are completely untrustworthy.

Fast and efficient service from Jim and the team at Kenwood in booking in a survey on a property I was buying. They identified some damp issues and proposed a fully costed and well-explained solution - which then enabled me to re-negotiate the sale price

Initial impressions are very good particularly with Jim O’Malley who always replies promptly to calls and emails and is always available to give advice. The quote seems competitive especially with the 5% discount if accepted within 5 working days

Requested a survey from Kenwood to assess condensation and humidity in a flat in London. It was very easy to arrange and the cost of the survey can come off any works you agree to remediate issues identified. The surveyor was very professional and thorough. The report was exactly what we wanted and gave clear guidance on areas that could improve ventilation in the flat.

Travis was very easy to deal with and got appointment booked in very quickly. We have used Kenwood for years for various things and we couldn't recommend enough

We need damp proofing work done on my late mother's flat. We have received two quotations. Kenwood Damp Proofing Ltd's quotation was a 'work of art' - accurate representation of rooms and clear indication of where work is to be done. In addition, the quotation happened to be substantially less than its predecessor's. What more could one ask?

We recently instructed Kenwood Dump Proofing PLC to conduct a damp survey and were disappointed with both the report and the overall service.

The report itself lacked detail and did not provide clear recommendations or a specification of any remedial works. This made it very difficult for us to understand the extent of the issue or to use the report in negotiations with the seller.

After receiving the report, we followed up with several emails asking for clarification and further information, but unfortunately we received no response. The lack of communication was particularly frustrating, especially given the importance of these findings in a property purchase.

As a result, we had to instruct a second surveyor, not very useful, I would not recommend.
