On Dec 4, 2024 at 9:10 AM I placed an online order for 10 Soap Bars of Colonial Williamsburg Orange and Clove Herbal Exfoliating. My order arrived on Dec 6, 2024. When I opened up the box I discovered all kinds of different soaps in which I didn't order. I emailed Ken Zod I received an email back from Muhammed Anzer anzer2034 @gmail.com telling me this:It is possible that the packaging party made a mistake with your order. We are very sorry about this issue. Returning and complaining takes a lot of time. Therefore, we will refund you half of your money. Do you agree?

I replied back to the email telling him no I want a full refund and he never responded back to me so therefore I will be filing a dispute with my bank and I'm reporting him to the Better Business Bureau along with the Federal Trade Commission.

This is a fake company. They say they are selling my products, but they are not. This has to be some type of phishing scam.

This is a fake company. Don't order from them. I ordered 12 items for an important event and a week later I receiced an email canceling all items.

They have gone out of business, clearly.

This website is a complete Fraud, and is in no way affiliated with my website or my products.

They are scraping data from my website, Lady Black Tie, listing the products for almost 50% less. What they do is, once you place and order with them, they use a stolen credit card to purchase from my website and ship you the item. We receive a chargeback and you're screwed. Do not purchase from this website, I am having my attorney involved, sending a DMCA Take down notice and ensuring we are made whole from this scammer.

No shipping info for my order after a week. I may cancel in next few days if no prigress

In all ways a good experience! From the smooth order process and acknowledgement email, to the notification of the order being shipped with a tracking opportunity. My order arrived in four days as “Free Shipping”, I was blown away. Well done! That means the order was processed immediately, thank you. As a side note, I decided at the price I would order another pair within minutes of receiving my shipment and learned that my size was no longer available. I knew of a different website that had the same offer that did have my size, and its been two days and I have not received acknowledgement, nor has the order been processed as I have been checking back on my account. Thanks again for the fantastic service, I’ll be back.

I ordered scrubs for my son. They said they were in stock and after a week of no updated status on my order they finally said they could not fulfill my order. I will not use this site again.

Excellent experience with this company. I found a nightgown in a boutique that was very expensive. I went online and found the exact gown, plus several others for 1/5 of the cost in the fancy shop. I ordered twice, fast shipping and great communication. My personal opinion, they were wonderful.

It's great that I received the exact item I ordered, great product, soft fabric and luckily it fits my daughter perfectly. The order was also delivered very quickly to my home after only 3 days!

Half my order arrived without explanation as to where the other half was. The package arrived from a third party. Called the number on web site but it was not Kenzod. Emailed but no response. The rest of my order arrived a week later without explanation.

I emailed you twice to send me a label for a return and i git no response!
