Avoid at all costs! Refusing to contact after smashed items.

I recently used Kesom International to send a TV, and 3 other boxes from London to Kenya.
The TV and other items arrived within the agreed time and everything seemed normal however the TV, once opened was found to have a large crack down the middle of the screen and isn't turning on as a result. This is despite it being wrapped in the original box and once again with protective film.
Now I checked the TV before it was picked up by kesom and it worked fine and was in a perfect condition, as it was purchased for this sole reason. I then wrapped it myself. This issue has occurred during transit.
In regards to the price I was given a quote before paying for the goods of just over £250 to send everything, however this was suddenly changed to over £500 as the size of the TV was used to determine a price, instead of the weight (25kg). Whilst I had a problem with this and saw it as dishonest after already telling me a price after discussing what was being sent, the items where still sent using kesom.
I have tried to speak and email kesom and have only receieve emails saying nothing will be done on their end. I was given the contact details of a supposed manager called Abdi, who has ignored me messages and calls for a week, despite being told via email he is aware of my issues.
This is the worst experience I have seen of not just a freight International company, but general customer service, terrible experience.
