A fantastic experience from start to finish. I’m so pleased with the results. The team are brilliant and very knowledgeable about their products. The care and skills involved are exceptional.

After 30 years of having the same kitchen we decided to give the whole house a makeover which included a new kitchen I must've looked at nine or 10 kitchen companies some of them were helpful but not many and some ignored you when you went in their showroom from the moment we spoke with Richard at Kesseller it was a smooth transition down to the finished product. he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping choose finishes handles et cetera being in construction I can appreciate good workmanship and down from the product itself and the fitter they used it was first class. I now have what must be one of the best Kitchens in the UK. The island is 26 foot long and looks just amazing all the appliances we wanted are fitted discreetly into the base and the colour combination which Richard advised on just is perfect.. for anyone wanting to buy a kitchen don’t look elsewhere go straight to Kesseler and insist Richard designs the kitchen for you. You will not be disappointed. It is a first class service

Very happy with the kitchen that Dan organised from Kesseler. We went with the painted Albury which all feels extremely high quality and hard wearing. Any issues that came up along the way were quickly resolved; and I found the fitting team to be very friendly and helpful as well. Thanks a lot.

Excellent services from start to finish. Max was very helpful, professional and honest. He explained everything clearly, gave excellent suggestions and always followed through on any actions. The fitter was exceptional, thorough and friendly. The true mark of any firm is how they behave when things go wrong, we had a few issues but they were put right in a speedy and satisfactory manner. Highly recommend Kessler and in particular Max.

Kesseler Kitchens in Brentwood were extremely professional and their designer Max was especially helpful and came up with a great design. There is no hard sell and Max took the time to consider all our needs. Highly recommend this company if you are considering a new kitchen project.

We chose to go with Kesseler because of the quality of the products and the range available. However, we should have headed the warning when the main focus of the design discussions were to get us to commit to the sale at the earliest opportunity with the design and specification being secondary to the sale. Our kitchen was delivered but struggled to deal with the company in the subsequent installation process has proven to be a very unpleasant experience. I would expect when dealing with a company that markets a premium product that customer service would be first class. My experience has been that the company are small minded, lack a sense of responsibility and provide an un-professional service. Ultimately I am happy with the kitchen but having to deal with this company has been a very disappointing experience. I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Our kitchen was the centre piece to a large rear house extension and having discussed the project with Daniel at Kessler in Tring we felt very comfortable working with him. Daniel visited site numerous times during our project, built a strong relationship with our team of builders and then ensured everything was installed to the high specification we expected. When things needed sorting Daniel took full accountability and ensured that we were kept up to date throughout. Our entire kitchen is fantastic quality and we love living with it every day. In a world where customer service means so little we really were lucky to find such a high quality company to work with. THANK YOU.

Recently purchased a Neff Steam Oven (N90) an Neff Induction Hob (N70) from the amazing Jamie at Kesseler Kitchen. He was very knowledable and enthusiastic about the products and patiently explained what I was getting and how they worked. He was sure that I would enjoy using the functions they come with and he was 100% accurate. Both the oven and hob are great products, look beautiful in my kitchen, easy to use and cook the food effortlessly (making me look like an expert, which I am not). I am really enjoying cooking again 😀

Paul’s design skills were excellent, imaginative without losing practicality, and tailored perfectly to how we use the space. Appliance recommendations were spot on, balancing quality, performance, and value, and clearly came from deep knowledge rather than sales pressure.

Customer service was of the highest standard, with a smooth, well-managed handover with Paul and excellent follow-up. The attention to detail throughout the process was impressive, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

From the outset, Sean at the Witham and Brentwood showroom was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. He worked diligently to understand our vision, preferences, and specific requirements.

Given the scale of this project, we found Sean's ideas and visualisations invaluable. Throughout the process, we made several changes, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Sean demonstrated remarkable patience and understanding, especially given our unique circumstances – we were planning a wedding and expecting a baby, which made adhering to our timescale absolutely critical. Sean rose to the challenge brilliantly, ensuring the project was completed on schedule.

His attention to detail was outstanding, and his extensive knowledge of kitchens, worktops, and units proved invaluable throughout the design and installation process. Sean's genuine commitment to creating a show-stopping kitchen was evident at every stage, and he certainly delivered on that promise.

We couldn’t be happier with our new Kesseler kitchen! Right from the outset Barry in VW was welcoming and helpful, and we felt he worked hard to understand what we were looking for and our preferences etc. We found the visualisations particularly useful given we were making some structural changes in the house. We made a few tweaks, but nothing was too much trouble for him. Fitting the kitchen took a little longer than we expected, but that was partly due to dependencies on our builder. Julian, our fitter, was awesome and I’d highly recommend him for his attention to detail (and humour!). Our new kitchen is exactly what we wanted… we feel like we’ve moved house! Thank you Barry and Julian!!

Richard and team truly deliver on their promises - from designs all the way through to fitting and commisioning. They have a great eye for detail and are always willing to go the extra mile. We now have a unique and stylish custom-built kitchen to enjoy every day for years to come. Highly recommended!

Throughout the process, Richard was very professional, friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and had lots of good design ideas, without being pushy. Communication was excellent at all stages of the process and it was helpful to visit the showroom. Paul, who did the fitting and plumbing, was punctual, hard-working and tidy. Recently visited a Kesseler showroom. Was so very impressed, not only with the quality of the kitchens, but also the knowledge of the designer. Once my new house is in its final chapter of construction I will definitely purchase my kitchen from Kesseler.

We are delighted with our Kesseler Kitchen. Barry at Virginia Water Kesseler was so professional and patient as we changed our minds about the design. From the 1st visit to the showroom to final inspection he was quick to respond to our questions and answer questions.

We have a great design which is practical and beautiful and so much storage space. Barry was great at sourcing appliances and liaising with installation team. We had Julian fit our kitchen and he was a skilled craftsman. The kitchen took a little longer to complete than initially expected but we are delighted with the result. Kesseler were very good at advising us to have a sample of the bespoke colour we chose so we could see it in our own home. The after sales /installation service is brilliant too. Unreservedly recommend Kesseler kitchens and Barry and Virginia Water showroom team.

Very good experience, from the very first meeting until the finished product. Very happy overall.
