Heb 3 jaar geleden een tuinset gekocht van Engarden . Roestplekken, bladderen . Was geen goedkoop set . Verstelbare stoelen en een tafel . Van strekmetaal . I
In de winter alles goed ingepakt met hele goeie hoezen . Wat een waardeloze troep . Mensen koop dit niet . Weggegooid geld!

Placed an order on the 25/5/2026 prior to placing the order I checked delivery timings it said 4 working days.
The item has still not been dispatched and day 4 will be tomorrow.
I’ve emailed no response.
I’ve tried calling and the phone rang out but I was able to leave a message.
No response to message!
I completed the contact form on their website no response and no email acknowledgment so unsure if they received it.
I’d rather cancel the order now as it won’t arrive in time but can’t get hold of anyone to do that as phone lines only open within working hours.
Really disappointed as a new customer!

Order put in for Garden furniture- website said delivery between 3-5 working days- wanted it for family event so time was the motivation to buy. Day 7 contacted them -phone lines closed! Managed to get through on day 8 and was assured they would be out for delivery today -day 12. Just had a message from courier to say Kettler have not supplied the goods. They have quite a lot of my money and so far I have nothing to show for it. Will never use this company again and am on the verge of taking legal action to get my money back.

Ordered 3 garden chairs and a table over a month ago sent me tracking showing coming from China to Holland. Nothing more no delivery and do not answer emails so another scam

Do una stella perché meno non posso, ma non si meriterebbero neanche questa.
Fatto ordine a settembre, mi hanno dato il tracking per seguire la spedizione (dicendo consegna in 4/5 giorni)pacco mai arrivato!! Dopo un mese il tracking mi dice consegnato a destinazione...chissa' quale destinazione!?!?!?!
Chatto con il servizio clienti tramite mail, con fatica perché rispondono dopo giorni e il telefono è sempre staccato, mi dicono che ci sono stati problemi con la spedizione e che provvedono ad organizzarne un'altra...
Effettuano, a loro dire, una seconda spedizione, senza darmi il numero di tracking, ovviamente non ricevo nulla, chiedo spiegazioni e ovviamente il rimborso ma ora non rispondono nemmeno più alle mail!!!PESSIMO SU TUTTI I FRONTI!!!!

Ich habe Kunststoff-Hülsen als Ersatzteile benötigt und ein Muster an die Firma Kettler geschickt mit der Bitte um Ersatz. Da die Terrassenmöbel schon älter sind habe ich weder mit einer Reaktion noch einer Ersatzteil-Lieferung gerechnet. Nach zwei Wochen kam ein Päckchen mit den bestellten Hülsen und ein paar Tage später ein Anruf von einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Inzw ist auch die Rechnung da und bezahlt. Ich hab mich auch gefreut über das Vertrauen welches mir entgegen gebracht wurde - es lief ohne Vorkasse. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank.
Die Firma Kettler hat nicht nur eine hervorragende Ware - sie ist auch sonst in jeder Hinsicht nur zu empfehlen. Grüße an die netten Mitarbeiter 😊

Well, this guarantee issue could not have been handled better. Sarah was most understanding and very quickly resolved our issue. First class service by the company and this person in particular.

I bought the Marina 6 seater dinning table and chair's. Great quality and very easy to assemble.

We purchased a Kettler set late last year and unfortunately had issues with some of the legs when we started to use it this year. We contacted the Garden Centre where we purchased it and they in turn handed the issue over to Kettler to deal with us directly. We had emails with regard to the fault from a lovely helpful lady called Lea and it was satisfying that the same person dealt with us through the whole process of getting it resolved. Though the handling of sorting the problem took a few weeks we understood that could have been to the Garden Centre not providing enough information that we had already given them. So we have now happily received a new Garden Set and can only say that we received v good customer service from Lea and from her Manager.

We bought a sofa set. Quality is great but sofa changed as it had a fault. Replacement also faulty but again immediately changed. Great product and good customer service.

I received Kettler garden lights as a Christmas gift 3 years ago.
The lights no longer worked so I contacted Kettler to see if I could purchase replacements…to my surprise I have been delivered a full replacement set at no charge,with pleasant emails from Kat in customer sales!

Excellent customer service which is rare these days, I love kettler garden furniture and when some went rusty they replaced it without any problem under the warranty, will always buy from them again.

Reclining garden chair mechanism has broken on a chair that's only 8 months old and with minimal use. Kettler have said they can't get spare parts for another 8 weeks and now aren't responding to emails asking them to improve. Totally unacceptable!

Imagine paying 3.5k euros for a bike, and there is no catalog of the parts you can buy for a repair. Ridiculous.

Very happy with our garden furniture set .After nearly 8 years still looks like new. When one of the table legs got damaged customer service were very helpful sourcing a replacement. Outstanding customer support.

Super bedrijf Kettler Benelux. Ik heb in oktober 2024 een Kettler Ketcar skelter besteld voor mijn kleinzoon, lang voor zijn verjaardag. Toen hij het cadeau vlak voor zijn verjaardag in januari 2025 mocht uitpakken, viel de handrem er af, fabrieksfout. Contact opgenomen en meteen een nieuwe gekregen, zelfs voordat de oude geretourneerd was. Precies op tijd voor zijn verjaardag. Super skelter, kan jaren mee (net zoals mijn broer vroeger), degelijk, doet het goed en ziet prachtig uit en een blij kleinkind. Daarnaast super service van Kettler Benelux zeker 5* waard. Heel tevreden over product en leverancier. Zeer aan te bevelen voor iedereen.
