Known initially for our imported, cream filled chocolates in the 1960s, we’ve been working with chocolate for quite some time! And while we no longer sell finished chocolates, we do supply a complete range of ingredients and décor products from some of Europe’s finest manufacturers and are now the premier supplier of chocolate, ingredients, equipment and packaging to the chocolate industry. We remain as passionate as ever about supplying high quality products with a large helping of great customer service!
We also understand that not everyone has years of experience working with chocolate ingredients, so that’s why we have a jam-packed Resources section, dedicated to helping and educating anyone working with chocolate and other sweet ingredients. Alongside this, you’ll find we also have a wealth of video content on our YouTube channel to help further educate and encourage anyone interested in chocolate!

Always reliable
Always reliable - I know I will get exactly what I order and it will be the best price they can offer, exceptionally well packed and clearly marked etc. It takes the worry out of buying premium very high price items - as chocolate is now!

We understand you had a delivery whereby an item of cocoa butter arrived melted. We can see how frustrating this is for you.
At the time our customer services team advised that this will not affect your item usage, and it will perform as expected.
We hope you find the following helpful for future reference:
If your cocoa butter arrived melted, it’s usually not a problem. Cocoa butter melts at around 34–38°C, so warm delivery conditions can occasionally cause it to liquify.
Here's what you can do:-
Let it solidify: Place it somewhere cool (but not the fridge) and allow it to re-solidify slowly.
Re-temper if needed: If you're using it for tempering chocolate and want precise control, you can melt it fully and then temper it by seeding or tabling methods.
