My husband and I are from North Carolina and came to Spain to buy a holiday home and were fortunate enough to discover Alex. In fact, we wouldn’t have even found our property without Alex because he’d found out the property was going on the market the next day. We were able to be the first to see it and snagged it at a great price. Alex also helped us out in practical ways such as rides to properties, stopping at a shop to get some necessities for our stay. He has offered to help us with airport transportation when we come back. As we have been doing a lot of the paperwork from the States, Alex has been invaluable with checking to make sure the utilities were turned on and the plumbing works. He’s gone over there to help us get an idea of what we will need to buy to get the place ready for our return. Having someone like Alex to be our eyes and feet on the ground has been most helpful and allows us to relax knowing someone we trust is nearby. Alex has a congenial attitude, vast knowledge and experience in the industry, customer-service-with-a-smile, and made the entire process feel more comfortable and easy. Alex was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much bother for him. No rushing. Helped us with solicitor. Kept in contact with us all the time. Even the day we picked up keys, he picked us up at airport and made sure there was tea,coffee milk etc in house on arrival. Drove us around the next day to get bits and pieces.
