MR AYAZ KHAN CEO of Mardan Pakistan , ran to Morocco with his family and may have secured citizenship there after doing fraud to lot of immigiration aspirants providing them fake job offer and assurance.
Many have filed complaint against him and even cases are going on however CEO is absconding taking peoples hard earned money .
How will Mr AYAZ KHAN nourish his family with such a Haram Money . God will punish him for sure and hope he realize it one day.

dont trust KFA they took money and closed their office in dubai and none of the staffs are answering the calls, all the staffs have left cheque has been bounced back
KFA Consultant is big time fraud and scammers. They hv provided fake job offer letters and endorsement letters to clients and looted hard earned money. In few cases when these job offer letters provided by KFA were cross checked from companies inside Canada they clearly declared it fake and fraudulent. They have run away from Dubai, in Saudi they don't exist, only they are now collecting money from Pakistan and will run away very soon. We are also victim of KFA consultant. Please don't waste time and hard earned money. They're big scammers.

Big scam, I am with them for 3 years now, they kept showing evidences that they are achieving milestones till they got stuck with a dead end. And, as per the contract I am entitled to get the full refund after 18 months in case they fail to get the application done. I waited with them 30 months under some excuses like Covid, and Ukraine war. After that, they said your program is no longer active, so I asked for the money back as per the contract. Initially, they agreed with a time frame that I will receive the money after 4 months cause of the fund limitations, and when the time came, they stopped replying and ignoring the calls. so it's completely scam, I dont recommend anyone to go with them.
I paid more than 70K AED. now I am with DED and Court to help me on getting the money back.

X I applied for Canada PR through KFA Consultant Dubai in 2023 and it has been a total disaster. Like many others, I was scammed by this company. They did not provide any of the promised services, and numerous clients, including myself, have applied for refunds with no response. Some have even taken legal action against them in court. The owner, Ayaz Adam Khan from Mardan, Pakistan, is responsible for running this fraudulent operation through their Dubai and Pakistan branches. I strongly advise anyone considering KFA Consultant to stay away and avoid becoming a victim.

They are fuc*king looters, fraudulent people sons of bi*tches. They convince people in a very professional way. And will make you confident that your single penny is safe with us and you can withdraw your case at any time if you don't feel confident in our work... Once you transfer money in their account booooooooooommm.. you are fuc*ked. They will fu*ck you hard. Now when you will realize that they are not following the contract they will give lame excuseea. "PDC" is their strongest tool. They never ever give you PDC. All the time say OUR MANAGER/OWNER/CEO is out of country. They will stop emailing you. If anything mentioned in email, they dont obey their words. They think they will loot money and weak people won't do anything. I'll trace you, specially customer representative named" Faisal" (must be a fake name) ill k*ll you. I promise. I have nothing to loose. I lost my 60000 Aed. If i do t get that money I'll go to the maximum level.

BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY:
This company doesnt pay you salary and don't provide you employment visa.
Enigma Immigrations is owned by KFA consultants, both are same owners.
This company hasn't paid salary from March 2024 to June 2024 to all its employees and all 11 employees had to resign without salary.
We all were promised Employment visa, and that was also not provided. We all were scammed by Enigma Management.
We all lost all our personal money with which we came to Dubai.
All real information in google reviews we put for enigma immigrations are deleted by this management.
The office environment is very toxic and unprofessional.
This is for all new joiners who is planning to join this scam company, they will not pay you salary and also will not provide employment visa. We all were scammed, and we lost everything working in this company. If they cannot pay us our salary, then how can he pay for new employees?.
Beware, don't loose all your savings, working for this company without salary and visa.
Search for some good job in some other company and save your career and your personal money, that you have invested to come to UAE to find your dream job and make your career.

We are all suffering because of Enigma Immigration and KFA consultancy not paying us salary and visa. We lost all our money.
There is no point contacting KFA Human Resource department also, as the Human Resource there are all part of the scam.
We all met KFA consultants in April 2024 - HR Manager Shahid and Abharneeya, all part of scams, and Shahid promised he will release all pending 4 months salary in a weeks time, now its July 2024, and still not paid.
This company should not be operational. This company should be shutdown, otherwise they will keep scamming and cheating innocent people and play with their life.
Do not join Enigma Solution and KFA consultancy.
If this company cannot take care of its employees, how can they take care of Clients who want to go to Canada and Australia.

KFA Consultant is a worst consultancy the customer support is very pathetic.
Especially Abdul and Jemila, they mark the persons who are searching for a job, brainwash and forcing you to pay big amount after that they stop the communication and there's no valid responses from their side. They are playing with students’ life. Here as much as I can save the students pls dont opt this consultancy.

They are completely useless. Do not waste your time or money with them!!

Guys. Please do not even think of dealing with these people. They will just scam you and take away your money. They will leave you helpless. Don’t fall in their trap of them giving you a cheque and all. They will loot your money and you cannot do anything about it at all! The manager will be out of the country always. I don’t know how there is no legal action taken till now on like these companies. Cheaters!!! Maybe 1 out of 100 applications are successful. Remaining of them just end up loosing 80-90K dirhams. Brotherly advice don’t fall for their fake promises.
