made an order asked for fresh fries. Fries were warm I started to eat my BIG Crunch sandwich and once I got to the middle of it I realized it was difficult to bite and it made a hard Crunch sound! I then realized the chicken was not completely cooked. I immediately spit out the sandwich dropped off my groceries and went back to the store. The woman that was behind the counter immediately came to the from after I told the cashier my issue and showed the sandwich. The store was full and busy( even when first went in) but not an excuse for uncooked chicken!
This store is very disappointing. This is the third and last time I have had an issue with this particular store and the same lady behind the counter. Something always seems to go wrong when the older Asian couple isn't there. They have that place on point!
In conclusion the woman offered me anything I wanted which I refused and asked for my money back. I then was vomiting all night and missed work on Friday.
Please investigate the woman behind the counter. She is untidy always scratching her face or talk over the food as she packs it! Alot of other people have had concerns with her but I guess didn't want to go through all of this! ( reporting it)
Waiting for an actual response since the last times I never received one!

The size of the pieces of chicken are half the size. We spent 42 on a ten pieces bucket, corn, gravy and fries and the chicken is the size of nuggets now. Shrink flation has hit KFC badly. Greedy rich corporation giving raw deals!

My sister and I frequent the KFC in Barrie,
315 Bayfield St. North, often.
At least 3 times a week.
And it feels like we're all lowering our standards to sub-par.
Well, they are certainly starting here.
This is a continual problem, not a "one off" or a couple times. This happens every time, and reflects on the head office franchise, to me anyways.
There is no friendliness, smiles, personable warmth with any of the employees.
When you get your food, it comes with unrequested condiments that don't belong together, and when you open the bag, it looks like the sandwiches have been rummaged through, they're half-wrapped, with old lettuce unfit to eat, on a mangled bun.
So, zero on food presentation.
Zero on hospitality.

As I said before, these problems reflect upon, and affect the head office franchise.

We have had it about 3 times in the past year...keep thinking it will get better. Ordered a family bucket today...it was disgusting! Grease dripping off and the batter was soggy and gross. So disappointing and absolutely no white meat in the bucket. Also I attempted 4 times to order online and that was a nightmare. I'm done.

I remember KFC when it used to be called "Champs". I remember when each bite used to sing with the bold, recognizable flavour. Today, I paid almost $16 plus tax for 2 small pieces of chicken, a small container of fries I could have probably stuffed all in my mouth at once with little or no effort, and a regular soda. (Basically what used to be a "Tooney Tuesday" meal plus a soft drink for almost $16 plus tax.) And what was worse was that I almost had to concentrate to be able to recognize the once famous original flavour. They may still use the same herbs and spices, but either at far less proportions plus more flour, or the chicken is barely coated. Therefore, KFC is now off the menu for me. I can make a better knockoff at home at a fraction of the cost. For their ridiculously inflated price, I'd at least like to taste the REAL original chicken, not just a shadow of what it used to be.

I just got an email saying that they are now open late. They have the one of the worst marketing teams and corporate department for consistency: They ARE open late but their websites show that they only open to 8 pm. They have not fixed this for years! So, if you want to go, you won't because you think they are closed. That means they lose business: STUPID. And, as I said, this has been going on for years now.

Also, they sell both KFC and Taco Bell at the Queensway location but their app won't let you buy both at the same time so you still have to go in, even though you've used the app, and actually order if you want Taco Bell also. You then miss specials.

The staff was amazing at this location (Queensway, Etobicoke.). Efficient and friendly!

Great food , quick and delicious.

The food was amazing. The Ambience was great. I loved the customer service. They are great at what they do.

It has been several years since eating here, but since the wife needed gluten for an upcoming test we ordered there. $71.63 for a 14 pc bucket 2 salads 1 gravy, 1 french fry, now they charge extra for any white meat in it. I can do 2 people at an all you can eat for less than that!!! Service was an abomination, only 1 counter & 1 cook, no one came to counter after waiting, had to resort to the board. So service also sucks. Brantford ont.

Ordered 2 , 4 piece crispy chicken boxes, bill came to $41.79, drove 40 miles to eat it only to find they did not put the salads in the boxes, no salad, no dipping sauce and the 2 iced teas were straight up tap water. KFC on Princess Street in Kingston Ontario

KFC has people working the drive-through, but they want customers to use the going into a kiosk KFC I’ll probably will never do so again because I like dealing with people number one. I had to go back to the kiosk because I said I was giving an order to a person I like giving orders to people rather than giving my order into a machine, when I got home, my fries were open the bag was open it is on a video call slaw was barely fall. The corn was quite full and the the overall design left a lot to be desired. Customer service was a nine out of 10 but the layout and expecting everyone to go to the kiosk, when in dealing with the drive-through that the people still deal with people go figure, but yet it’s it doesn’t look like the store that it used to be. I I took pictures and the video of them the way the bag was.

I went to KFC in Oshawa, Ontario and ordered: 1 bucket of chicken, NO fries and 2 large salads. The order was all messed up. I received the chicken, charged for 2 orders of fries and one salad was macaroni instead of coleslaw.
I was 30 minutes away so I told my family to eat up and went to the store 3 days later due to time restrictions. The manager told me if I returned the same night he would have fixed the order but now that it is 3 days later it is my problem.
No it is now KFC problem as my family will never order from such an unprofessional business.

Can the chicken get any smaller? The breast and the thigh were smaller than the chicken legs in my 4-piece. Yes, no wing rather they gave me 2 legs instead. As will, the seasoning tastes diluted as the pepper taste which I like was lacking. This has not been the first time ... I just hoped that they would improve. I prefer the KFC taste but Popeyes has much larger pieces, not quite as good a seasoning.

A tale of how a man in a wheelchair bought a KFC

Sunday. A sunny day. Lunch. (2PM 02.12.2023) Well, what not to please yourself with a delicious KFC? A wheelchair pulls into a brunch on Leslie (17295 Leslie St, Newmarket, ON L3Y 0A4) and orders four pieces of dark meat and eh walk so walk, let there be a combo. $15 bucks, come on... The sun is all around. A quick guy with something fancy on his head.
Quickly scrolled and returning from the toilet the man in the wheelchair could already pick up his order. He opened it only at home and the sun quickly rolled down, even though it was 2 PM. There were really four pieces, but it was very small pieces. Yeah, it's been a while. Well, maybe it's the new standard now. Covid! Ukraine!… Oh well. Big deal... But the first on taste was three days old and white, dry meat and the KFC doesn't smell at all. Ah, no luck. Come on. Look, drumstick or rather half of it. Well, let's go half... It's lunch! I'm hungry. The third was unclear. But it was on this one that the man, a passionate fan of KFC, already understood the problem exactly -- the chicken had nothing to do with KFC at all. Chicken, but not KFC chicken! The fourth piece was like something hopeless ... And exactly, the same everything was three days old, dry and there were no KFC smells at all. Sunday went from rainbow KFC to hot and sour. Fact, somebody stole Sunday from me!

Had lunch at the, location on Hazeldean in Ottawa Canada.
The chicken was, discussing could not eat it.
They did not put, napkins or fork in the bag.
Went back in the, employees could not.
Even say sorry, won't be going there again.

I went to KFC in Tillsonburg and ordered two scorchers. I was informed that they had them but they didnt have the spicy mayo that came with it. They swapped it out for a pepper mayo....Didnt get the milk that they say came with it!! But in the end the sandwich was just a chicken sandwich with no heat. HUGE disappointment!!

Chicken was extremely dry. Need to improve services as well.

Poor Service, Attitude, Food Taste, Efficiency and Order screw ups are all part of the experience you can expect dealing here.

Always Love the chicken! The taste have been improved from tasty to tastier! will never get tired buying them so crunchy and tasty. Me and my family enjoys every bite of it
