Technician had difficulty removing the window locks - realized need a different tool and came back and did the complete job in about 10 minutes - good recovery and was very pleasant and supports why we use KGB Security (and have done for many years). Thanks again.

Wow I could not be happier, I do spend a lot of time trying to get our staff to for fill our clients expectations and we do get it right most of the time but a review such as yours gives me the opportunity to reward them and acknowledge they are contributing to big picture.

KGB were prompt and professional from communications and call out arrangements to the job itself and after service support.

The young locksmith who attended was efficient with his work but one of the deadbolts that he installed was too close to the window fame and stopped my slider working effectively. Fortunately I picked it up before he left and and he was able to correct it without. We all have to learn so I wouldn't have a problem recommending this company, but just check that everything works before the tradesman leaves.

Being truthful, we are either on time or a little late so being early is nice and I truly wish we could be on time for every job but dring to appointments as well as jobs that go "funky" always make firm appointment time tricky. Thas way we prefer a window time. Anyway I am waffling a little ..thanks so much for your feedback

Would recommend Brian again
Would recommend Brian again. He helped us create a new key for a lock, make a caliber for a screen door I bought at Bunnings work (thought it was a write-off) and helped to install a new dead bolt set.
