Lovely team of people who've helped out with some locksmith tasks on a house. Three visits over a period of time for garage door, security door, internal door privacy sets. Typically very responsive to emails. Punctual and friendly. Some very friendly staff who I'd welcome back any time.

Kal and the team were fantastic. I bought a large safe and asked for it to be delivered, unfortunately they were very busy and couldn't book it in so I ended up getting a trailer and moving it myself. They bent over backwards to help load and secure it to the trailer and Kal gave me some lifting straps to make it easier to move as well as some small pallets to pack into the trailer. Customer service was great and they're a classy business. Thanks also to Alex who was a big help with advice and helping me with information about the appropriate safe. Thanks again, will definitely have KGB at the top of the list when purchasing security products.

I called at Taringa shop at 9am to organise replacement of door locks on a property I had just purchased, my contact details were provided and within 15 minutes Paul Thwaite phoned to arrange a mutually convenient time, by 10.30am the locks were replaced.
Paul provided excellent advice and service, I highly recommend Paul and the Receptionist at the Taringa shop.

Wayne and Kel from the Coppers Plains shop are very good at their jobs and have the very rare quality these days of true customer service without having their hands out for every little thing. Could not be happier with these guys and have no trouble recommending them.

Profesaional from the start. Went in on a Saturday unannounced. They were about to close. They still attended to us. Helped us with the kind of locker that we needed. Came earlier and checked to confirm the place to put the locker. Came on the day and time they said they would. Finished installing quickly and left. The whole team did a great job. Will definitely go back to them when we need their services again and also have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Timely delivery, good prices, professional staff - recommend.

Replaced a faulty lock for me - very efficient and quick and the price was right for me.

We had a break and enter at our home, so felt very unsafe and secure. Our insurance organised for KGB to attend. Jamie came, got me locked up safe for the night and then when we found out more of the door keys to screen doors and shed had been stolen he then
came and got that done quickly for us also. Was very supportive and compassionate for me after what we had been through. Thanks Jamie. I really appreciate it.

Great service from James and the KGB crew. My call was answered promptly and communication re our call out was efficient and courteous. Ours was a non urgent call but we were attended in less than 24 hours. Our lock was repaired on site and we are very happy to be able to use the back door instead of climbing in and out the window!

Sent a message via the "contact us" several days ago regarding home security as I'm in need of alarm and CCTV but never heard anything from them. Called this morning about a rekeying job and was going to talk to the locksmith when he came out but he was running late and was clearly flat-out. I felt sorry for the guy and didn't even get both the locks done like I was supposed to. I wouldn't use KGB again nor would I recommend them to friends or family.

Purchased a small safe for home. KGB wanted your business and gave me I thought a good deal and great service with informed crew. Right from the sales Calven to the Supervisor Wayne and Alex. Will use them again if needed no worries
