Arrived the next day very prompt service and I love the products

Amazing service again. I ordered lashes and paid for next day delivery but I was an hour behind the cut off for NDD. Within minutes of my order, AHFrancis called me to advise that they sent it 1st class royal mail so it arrives the next day! I don't know another supplier who goes out of their way to this extent and I've been lashing for 9 years.

Fab service, knowledgable advice. A one stop service

Very clear, understandable and easy to follow online training. Very quick to respond to questions and fast product purchases received. All products I’ve used are high quality.

Fantastic and speedy service with the team. I have used this product before and am excited to have it back in my salon.

Did the online lamination course. Needed something I could do out of working hours.
Didn’t take long to complete.
Highly recommend to those that have a background already in Brows. Great add on treatment x

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery!

Such a personal service with the ladies at AH Francis. They always remember you and help wherever they can. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a problem with payment one call call all done and dusted. Speedy service

Amazing products and great customer service

I’ve used products from AHFrancis for over 10 years and always find their quality is great as well as customer service, always happy to help and always respond quickly ☺️

I have used AHFrancis since I started lashing over 5 years ago. Their MasterLash glue is my favourite and I won’t change from it. I always receive fab customers service when I need something and they always have such good deals on!

After a mix up on reviews! Which I’ll blame covid for 🥴- Here it goes again!

I have been Using AH Francis for 4 years. Originally, the glue was being used on myself when I would attend my lash appointment with my lash technician. But When I qualified, I had no hesitation as to which company I would purchase my glue from. I have been using Flashlash since I qualified and I would never look elsewhere. The glue drying time is extremely quick, so should be used by experienced lash technicians, however, once you have mastered your technique then I suggest you move over to this glue if you haven’t already. My clients retention is incredible with this glue and the main comment that always comes back to me is “your lashes last so long”. I always reply by saying it’s the glue! The product is the most important thing between you and your clients experience. Even those who have had issues with retention and other previous lash technicians can go an extra week with Fastlash. The prices are brilliant, postage is super fast and the girls are amazing if you have any queries. I would totally recommend this brand for your business Company and stock needs!

Love love love the fast lash glue.. I won’t use anything else the retention my clients get is amazing. Definitely recommend

Just completed my 2nd online training course with AH Francis. Courses are very well laid out, easy to understand and follow and help always at hand on the other end of the phone/email. Once I'd submitted my cases studies, Karen had checked through and replied with my certificate within hours! Very happy 🙂

Fantastic as always. Been using their products for years

The service is absolutely superb. I would highly recommend them to any beauty salon looking For a trusted a lash brand and Lash lift
