bottles are crap, then complained to kiara sky and was told it was my fault!

I ordered the new diamond FX gel after waiting for stock to come back in. I have a frozen shoulder And cannot get out so wanted a treat. When it arrived it was so thick I could hardly get the brush out. I know gel goes thicker when cold so I left it for 24 hrs in room temp and it didn’t help. So I placed it in very hot water as advised for 5 minutes. No change. Upon writing to customer services they informed me that they had some stock arrive from the USA that was thick so they put in hot water themselves to thin. They advised me to do the same but I informed them I already had done this. They also said it’s thick because of the extra glitter? Not on their promo video it isn’t! I also explained my housebound situation. They did offer a return service but I can’t and they said that it wasn’t faulty. They have obviously sent out goods they knew were too thick and unfit for use, in my eyes this is faulty and very poor customer services from a huge company. I won’t be using them again (shame because I have their dip system which costs a fortune but is great)

Quick delivery, long time I’m using this Brand for my nails, products is excellent and very gentle for nails only brush on product like base or top coat for dipping powder is not good quality

I purchased a gelly extension kit and I was not disappointed.
It came very quickly and very well presented, the easiest extensions I have ever done, I have since purchased some nail varnish and some Estes bits for the extensions.

Quick and easy to order. It arrived really quick even though I choose standard delivery. Although I’m struggling a little to use it I know with some practice I’ll learn to use it correctly. I would definitely recommend.
