Do not buy from this company - it is a SCAM! They will say your item was delivered and it just doesn’t arrive. They have no proof of delivery like a photo or signature but are refusing to process a refund and stating they have specific rules about how quickly you need to respond to them with an issue to get support, this is illegal under Australian Consumer Law. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy.

This company is blatantly dishonest about its pricing and delivery costs. I ordered the P2 model after being led to believe they had a Birmingham depot and that all delivery costs and taxes were covered. That was completely untrue.

The camera was shipped from the United States, not the UK, and I was hit with nearly £57 in import VAT — almost the value of the camera itself. This directly contradicts what is clearly stated on their website and feels deliberately misleading.

To make matters worse, the product itself is dreadful. Image quality is extremely poor, the resolution is very low, and the printed photos are embarrassingly bad. For the price, this is unacceptable.

Overall, this is an overpriced, low-quality product sold under false pretences. A deeply frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
