Mensonges sur certains de leurs produits. J'ai récemment acheté une combinaison et un bonnet pour bébé garantie 100% laine de mérinos sur leurs sites. Colis réceptionné et surprise, c'est uniquement la partie extérieure qui est 100% en laine mérinos, l'intérieur est en coton et elasthane.. Très déçu par la marque qui se vend comme transparent et responsable

Délai de livraison
J’ai passé commande le 27 décembre il est écrit de 2 jour à 6 jour ouvré cela fait presque 10 jour et le colis n’est toujours pas arriver donc les temps de livraison ne sont pas correcte et je n’ai reçu aucune mail concernant où est mon colis un suivie ect.. en espérant recevoir le colis

I have checked the shipment and I can see that it was shipped from here on Dec. 29th. Due to New Year and holidays, the delivery time may feel a little longer, but actually the promised delivery time of between 2-6 business days has been met, as the package, according to the tracking, was delivered to the pickup location yesterday, January 7th 🌸
I am sorry to read that you did not receive a message about the delivery of your package.
I have checked our system, and I can see that an email was sent to you on Dec 29th regarding the package being shipped from our warehouse. The fact that you did not receive this email is of course unfortunate - perhaps it may have ended up in your spam filter.

Sehr unzufrieden mit kids-world
Sehr unzufrieden mit kids-world. Die Bestellung kam in einem völlig versifften, produktfremden, bereits benutzten Versandkarton. Tut mir leid, aber da verging mir der Appetit und ich wollte den Inhalt nicht mehr meinem Kind geben. Von einem angeblich „führenden Online-Retailer in Dänemark“ erwarte ich eine ordentliche, neutrale Verpackung. Und wenn ich ein in Europa produziertes Produkt für mein Kind kaufe, möchte ich dieses nicht in einem um die ganze Welt gereisten, schmutzigen Fernost-Karton eines anderen Produktes finden. Für die Rücksendung musste ich noch dazu ein Retour-Label für 4,95 € bei Kids-World erwerben. Auf die Auszahlung des Differenzbetrages warte ich auch noch. Nie wieder!!

I'm sorry your package was not delivered by the carrier 😔
Unfortunately, we can't see the reason for the package being returned, other than the carrier stating that: "the shipment has been excluded from import into the destination country/region".
Fortunately, this is not something we experience as a general issue for deliveries to France, but we will of course investigate this further as soon as we receive the package.
I can see that you have had a correspondence with my colleague by email, and he has of course promised you that we will refund your order when it arrives back at our warehouse. I have expedited this, and the money has now been refunded to you even though we have not received the package yet.
We apologize for the incident.

Malheureusement colis toujours pas reçu…
Malheureusement colis toujours pas reçu le délai de livraison est plus que long. Colis prive pour la livraison de colis est un service de livraison très mauvais à chaque fois il y a un soucis là je n'ai pas été livré colis arrivé au centre de tri qui livre mon adresse depuis le 20 décembre nous sommes le 23!!!! Ou est-il passé ????

We are of course sorry that you are not satisfied with the shipping time. We do our best to get everything shipped as soon as possible, but due to the busy Christmas period, all shipping companies are challenged.
Your order was shipped from our warehouse on 11/12 and the delivery time is normally 2-6 business days. Today it is ready for pickup at the parcel shop, as after 2 home delivery attempts it could not be delivered because no one was home.
This means that your package, despite the busyness of the carrier, was delivered within the promised delivery time.
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas after all.
