We are so sorry for this. According to the DHL portal, your package could not be delivered because they did not see your name on the delivery address. They cannot deliver a package to an incorrect address.
So unfortunately the package has been sent back to us now and will be handled as a return when it arrives back at our warehouse.
Our customer service has contacted you now for further assistance regarding this.
