Absolutely brilliant
Christopher and his friends thoroughly enjoyed his 7th birthday party on Saturday! Jack arrived on time, kept control of a room of excited 7 year olds and they all had a brilliant time! So much so, a number of parents messaged after to say thank you as the child enjoyed it so much! :-)

Nice coach - kids had a great time
The coach was very nice - turned up with pop up goals, cones, bibs and a bag of balls - and let the kids decide what activities they wanted to do. Everyone seemed to really enjoy it.
The website did look a bit fake - and there's no phone number so everything has to be done by email. And then no card payments - so you have to send money by bank transfer, which comes with no protection. All of that (along with reading the only other Trustpilot review at the time) left me nervous. But no need, I guess. The party was a great success and everyone enjoyed themselves. All in all, great value and happy to recommend.

Thanks for your review James, great to hear that the kids had fun! We do provide a phone number once the booking has been confirmed for if there are any problems on the day etc but email communication works better for enquiries to make sure nothing gets missed or can’t be found at a later date. We would hate to turn up to the wrong place or at the wrong time due to an admin error that occurred during a phone call. We do also offer the option of payment by card via PayPal which gives full protection and peace of mind. We will look at how we can improve the website going forward though! Thanks again.

I don't normally write reviews but didn't want any other parent to experience a poor quality party. I did contact the company after to provide feedback and received an uninterested reply.
I booked a party with footballparties.co.uk for my son's 7th birthday for 13 children. Payment was requested, half at booking to secure the date, and the remainder a week before the party with final numbers.
A couple of days before, I requested details of the coach and their contact number, as no details had been provided or info as to how the day would run. A first name and mobile number were then provided. The day before I messaged the number confirming the venue and number of children with no response. On the day of the party I tried to contract them with no reply, and no attempts were made to contact us. There is no phone number on the website so no means of getting in touch apart from via email.
I started to worry I had been scammed as having paid in full already 🤦♀️
On the day the coach did arrive on time. I explained my relief to the coach after not being able to get in touch with anyone and thinking that it may have been as scam. He didn't respond to my comments. He also didn't introduce himself to myself or my husband as to who he was, how the party would run or where he was from.
The children at the party were 6 and 7 year olds. The coach was very quiet and wasn't able to hold their attention. He failed to communicate with us the entire party including when he finished the party 10 minutes early without an explanation. I attempted to speak to him about the poor communication he was very uninterested and said to speak to person who I emailed to book. On providing feedback to the company via email we were informed that the coach said he was concerned the children were getting rough and thought it was best to end the party. This wasn't spoken about with us at all at any time. No presentation was done at the end - certificates were just handed out of a bag between kids on the floor.
Please save yourself stress. Don't waste your money or time on this unprofessional company with poor quality coaches.

Hi Emma,
Thanks for your email, I'm sorry that you experienced extra stress on the day of the party however the contact number you were provided with was not your coach's number but the central contact number for the day of the party if you have any problems . Everything was confirmed for you on Monday and the phone number is only monitored in the immediate lead up to party start times. I have spoken to our coach and he said that he felt a lot of hostility towards him on his arrival especially when he knew nothing of your attempts to communicate with him. This in turn meant that he performed at a level below that which we expect but we understand the context and have since spoken to him about this.
With regards to finishing the party early he advised that some of the children started to play up during the matches and began repeatedly fouling other children and he decided to finish a few minutes earlier to ensure that nobody got badly hurt. He also said that the presentation normally takes a bit longer but the children were quite restless so he sped things up which didn't quite fit with the timings unfortunately.
In the main though, he advised that the children seemed to be having lots of fun and we hope that S had a good time.
