Did not reply to my emails

Did not reply to my emails. Neither did they cancel my order. The order didn't get send either.
So I've lost nearly 200eu.

Does not honor deals

I took advantage of their buy 2 get one free on Black friday. They had some kind of technical issue that resulted in stock showing as available. I got messaged if I want to swap them, and I picked out a onesie I liked. They then said I need to pay extra for the deal because it was not in the selection of onsies I could pick from. Ok, that's fine, try to pick another and they are all out of that one as well. back and for for weeks and I am now canceling the order because they didn't have any stock I wanted. They were also not very accommodating to the situation, didn't try to offer me other onesies that are available at a discount, even though it was their fault it all got messed up. AT this point they have stalled so long, they would not arrive in time for the holidays. Really disappointed in this company and will just by the knock offs of their products as they are cheaper, and actually show up.

Everything is good!

I bought myself a kigurumi for christmas, it arrived on time. The quality and size are good. I also contacted support to make sure that it will arrive on time. The reply was fast and overall experience was very good.

Regarding the prices, our products definitely are a more premium kigurumi. It is true that you can find cheaper ones out there, but you get back you pay for.

Disappointing customer experience

Was so excited as we bought the whole family Pokémon kigurumi onesies for Halloween. Got it in the mail and when I opened it, I found that they didn’t put any protection between the product and the closure of the box. I did NOT dig into the tape to open it but because of the heavy puffy nature of the product, the top piece was pushing against the top of the box and my box knife cut into it a little. Contacted their customer service about this and all they did was offer me a 10% discount toward my next purchase. It was insulting. If they had packages it correctly, this wouldn’t have happened and when I asked them to correct it by sending us a new one, radio silence. Really bad customer service.

They couldn't care less about their customer

I ordered from them on the 27th of January and its still hasn't been posted as of the 13th of February. They have no interest in customer service.

That's not true at all. Our customers are everything to us! Did you reach our to our phone, chat, Instagram, Facebook, or email support? We'll literally bend over backwards.

scam or just horrible customer service?

10 days after my order (!) I got phishing-like email from Kigurumi: "there has been a high risk of fraud detected with this order, we require a scan of your Photo ID, and a scan of the front and back of the credit card that was used to make the purchase - this way we can confirm your identity and ensure this is not a fraudulent order." which is absolutely ridiculous thing to request.

After I've obviously refused, they "have informed our warehouse team and we will get back to you as soon as possible." Another week has passed and nothing happened.

After 3 weeks, they weren't able to send the single item I've paid for and judging from customer service communication I'm left wondering whether I got scammed and if I'll ever see my order or at least my money back.

Worst online shopping experience so far.

If our system thinks that your order might be fraud, we do ask for some form of verification. The other option is always to cancel the order and refund it. We hate to accuse our customers of fraud, but unfortunately it happens enough with stolen credit cards that we have to do it. Fortunately only a VERY SMALL fraction of orders get flagged as fraud so this is pretty rare.

Worst customer service ever

I ordered a kigurumi as a Christmas present and it was supposed to take 15 business days, tops. It has now been TWO MONTHS and still no sight of it. The last update I got was December 14th so I don't even know where my package is. I'm pretty sure it's gone missing.

I have been in contact with their customer service several times and they've done absolutely nothing. They never sign their replies so it's probably an automated response by a robot. I am beyond disappointed and I don't wish this experience on any one. I wish I could give them 0 stars. DO NOT ORDER.
