Collecting our new caravan.
We had a great experience buying our new caravan from Richard at the Darlington branch. We part exchanged our van with them and we got exactly the same price as offered once they saw our van. From initially viewing the new caravan to driving away with it, Richard and the staff were very informative and gave us plenty information as to when the new van would arrive and be ready for us to collect it was a pleasure, handover day was very well organised and got shown all the things working on the van by Richard, and would definitely use Kimberly Caravans again in the future 😀.

Receiving the help you need !
The new lady Mrs Haliday in service is unbelievable nothing is to much bother. I bought a new motorhome last year and I had nothing but bother for one year. The battery kept going flat. When you pay that amount of money you expect the after sales to be first class. No I got passed all over and had to solve who would help look at the problem. I’m sure she is called Laura Haliday in service. The truth is when I explained the problem she said drop the vehicle off and leave it till the problem was solved. Thank you so much now my family and I feel confident going on holiday. Your a credit to Kimberly thanks again Dave Gardener.

Overall, good
Very thorough, most things explained. Small jobs like gas bottle fitting were done as part of handover.
Was disappointed to find that the fridge and cooker were not as clean as they first appeared.

Tom & Benson were great
Tom & Benson were great. Vehicle wasn’t ready when we collected it, tracker wasn’t fitted & battery was flat. had to wait an extra week.
