Misleading website
I ordered the R type Alpha Lipoic Acid Gummies. The label on the item I received differed from the one on the Kindnature website and nowhere on it does it specify that what I received was the R type. I gave the company an opportunity to address this issue by sending them a message 3 days ago via their website, I received no response. So of course I am an unhappy customer.

You received the correct R-type Alpha Lipoic Acid. We recently updated our labels, and some bottles still have the older design while we transition our inventory. Both labels contain the same R-type ALA formula.
We understand this was confusing, especially when the label didn't match our website. We should have anticipated this and communicated better during the transition.
