Kinectid were fantastic from start to finish. Alex and team were personable and efficient, fair and informative, and the install was quick and cleanly executed. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Super happy with my array, and the service overall, would thoroughly recommend.

Communication was great in the run up to the install at the Caravan roastery and the planning of all components was turned around within a few weeks. The install was managed extremely professionally and all setup was covered for us. All helping us to generate 20% of our electricity on site.

I had a fantastic experience with Kinectid for my solar panel installation. From the very first meeting through to the final handover, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding.

Kinectid recently (Dec 2024) undertook the installation of a new air-source heat pump system in my home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceeded our expectations.

From our initial contact with Ali, Kinectid were attentive and responsive to our needs, providing an in-depth understanding of the systems on offer and what would be most suited to our requirements. The work was carried out with exceptional skill and despite the complexities of working with the existing pipework and working with us still living in the house, Kinectid went above and beyond minimise disruption. Their care and respect for our home and comfort were always evident.

Of specific value to us was Kinectid’s ability to prioritise our project, due to our ineffective heating system and how cold the weather was. They understood the urgency of the situation and worked hard to ensure we had a warm house in time for Christmas. Their ability to make this accommodation, with members of their team working through the weekend, made a huge difference, and we are incredibly grateful for their efficiency and commitment.

Special mention goes to Danny and Roy, the installers. Their expertise, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made them very easy to accommodate. They kept us informed throughout, answered our questions, and demonstrated exceptional competence in their work.

We now have a highly effective heating system and are very satisfied with the result. Kinectid’s dedication, skill, and customer-centric approach made it a very positive experience and I’d fully recommend Kinectid to anyone looking for the highest quality of service.

Really responsive team from sales to install, highly recommend. Came back very quickly for following questions and got us through MCS with no problem.

Seamless from start to finish, Steve, Roy and Dan were Amazing team. Communication couldn’t have been easier, explained exactly what I needed to know and always at hand through out the process. Can’t thank you enough for workmanship of installation, professionalism and patience helping me make the right choice. Solar edge system very impressive with everything at your finger tips with mobile app and electric bill now non existent! Look forward to obtaining my long awaited planing so you can install heat pump.
Cant recommend Kinectid highly enough!

We had a great experience with Kinetid who installed our heat pump which replaced an inefficient old gas boiler. They thought of a clever solution which involved taking pipes through the ceiling of the floor above rather than lifting an existing floor on the ground floor; they were flexible and answered endless questions from us about the process and where we could site the heat pump and pipes etc. Roy also came back to fix small issues quickly on a weekend. Would absolutely use again. The only small thing I'd say is that they seemed to be very busy and it took us a while to get a slot - which is usually a sign of a good firm!

Chris and Roy were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I'm very happy with my air source heat pump, solar array and battery - very easy to use. Workman ship and advice is among the best I've had. Would strongly recommend!

Service was impeccable from quotation to installation. Their advise throughout the installation of an ASHP in an old Victorian cottage eas not only helpful but saved us time, stress and money. Kinectid properly know their stuff!

Initially provide a very competitive quote online, but then fail on their promise of a follow up call form their sales team. When you try and contact them, you are promised call backs, but no one bothers to.
They must not want any new customers at this rate, as I have emailed several times expressing interest, but no one seems very bothered to take responsibility and reply to a potential customer. Warning sign if you do go ahead to use them and have any support queries, I would be worried about their customer support! RED FLAG

We were initially not sure whether to go with Kinectid as we could not find any reviews from the public about them. So, we gave Ellie in their sales team a call and she explained that they're a new outfit with employees all owning a share in the company and a few other bits and pieces which for us, sealed the deal. She was extremely professional and not pushy.

The installation team were just WOW WOW and more WOW. We have never seen anyone work so hard and be so dedicated to such a job. The workmanship is outstanding. It's taken us a few weeks to adjust to having a heat pump but the Kinectid team showed us how it all works, downloaded the app for us and programmed everything. They even took a look at our solar panel system and tweaked that to optimise it.

We cannot rate the team highly enough. Thank you to everyone at Kinectid and to anyone who cannot decide on which company to use for their renewables, if you are worried about being treated as "just another customer", we can assure you that we felt the opposite with this team.
