I ordered 4 jackets after being advertised them on instagram, but it’s been at least 3 weeks and they’ve not came. They also haven’t replied to any of my emails or direct messages. Scammed out of almost £180. I’m in the U.K.

I didn't even want to give them 1 star absolute SCAM DO NOT BUY from this company didn't answer emails, phone calls, nothing just take your money and run fortunately I got my money back through the card I used.

This jacket is simply awesome, it's warm and stylish and fits perfectly,
Plenty of pockets and great colour.
I would highly recommend it.

Stay away, this is a con. Ordered a jacket 8 weeks ago at a cost of £71, have heard nothing since, despite emailng them half a dozen times. If I could score them less than 1 I would!!
Quite clearly a scam!!

Please STAY AWAY - Never received Goods.

Paid £71 on 14th December 2023. Order number #1103 have receipts etc.

Never received any tracking info. Sent them numerous emails, direct messages on instagram and was blocked.

Do not order from this company!!

No email confirmation was ever received, they do not respond to anything you send them!

A terribly small coat turned up over a month later and have since sent 7 emails and several messages via their website for a returns label and again no response whatsoever!!

Customer response times are far too long.
The shipping took almost a month.
The clothing was too small.
And I'm still waiting for them to send me a returns form to fill out.

Do not buy from this company.

What can I say what a load of rubbish wouldn’t waste my money .coat is nothing like the picture very flimsy and the size is all wrong should of realised it was a scam when delivery was from china .£71 down the Swanee please don’t waste your money people

The jacket was like paper & to small have asked numerous times how can I return this but they have just ignored me. It’s a scam do not order from them

Jacket is nothing like I ordered asked for return form for refund and no reply very disappointing feel like I've been scammed do not buy from this company

Lose threading on the inside

Absolutely shocking experience!
Took a month to come,
Ordered on the 30/11/23 arrived today being the 27/12/23 and item was not as described! Arrived in a clear plain bag, stitching was all coming away, very thin material, no label or anything on it.

Tried to contact them via emails and social media and had no response until couple of days later and they replied via instagram.

I am now awaiting an email to return this item. I have taken all photos and evidence of this if not trading standards will be taking it further. It is a scam!

Absolutely disgusting

Nowhere near the quality advertised! The mice from Bagpuss could do a better job making the joke of a jacket sent to me! Very disappointed is an understatement!

IVE ORDERED A JACKET 5 WEEKS AGO AND STILL WAITING FOR IT

I DON'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL COME AS NOBODY WILL EMAIL ME BACK !!

I placed my order on the 1st of December and as yet I still haven’t received my parcel. This is very disappointing as it’s a gift for my son.

Not a positive experience! Upon ordering received confirmation, then nothing since!
Emailed 3 times before receiving a reply!
Was apparently despatched on 4 December but still not received it! Not a very happy Christmas!!!!!
