All my interactions with customer…

All my interactions with customer support felt personal, no sense of AI or a large company that doesn't care, they solved my problem very professionally, I cant fault them at all!

Best briefs I have ever worn!

I have to say the zero-G side fly briefs are the most comfortable briefs I have ever owned! I haven’t worn briefs in decades due to the leg openings digging into the groin area. These briefs do not do that!! They offer a more relaxed fit in rear and avoid the cutting in leg openings! As part of the bundle I also tired the horizontal fly but did not realize fit was different from side fly, a little tighter. Kingbriefs honored their first pair guarantee and replaced with side fly. Another plus is the great prints!

These are extremely comfortable briefs. Thr material is so soft and doss not bunch up. These are the best briefs I've worn.

Great customer service!

I ordered two pairs that I wanted to try. The patterns are great. I ordered the size I usually do anywhere else but they came in and when I tried them on I was disappointed on how loose they were. I reached out to customer service and they were great. They helped me change the size on my second pair that hadn’t shipped yet and gave me a replacement pair on my next order. Since there was another pattern I liked. I went ahead and ordered it as well. I was extremely happy with the customer service and customer care they took to help make everything better.

Their customer service was very helpful…

Their customer service was very helpful when the first order i received was too big for me they worked with me quite fairly to exchange for a better fitting size.

Great buy AND service!

Great buy, and service! Had an issue w sizing, they promptly shipped out replacements. Both styles are great but I think i like the fabric on the horizontal fly better. Love all the syle options!

I have been so happy with the product & the responsiveness of this company. The product fits great! Washes well & holds up really well. I will slowly be replacing my underwear drawer with Kingbriefs.
