My original review gave this company 1 star, due to a delay in receiving it. It has since been sorted, even though there was some misunderstanding. I wish Kingdom Cards all the best for their future.

Respuesta de Kingdom Cards
Hello Melanie
Unfortunately, the Royal Mail strikes are completely out of our control and we can’t make our parcels go through their system any faster.
As you are fully aware, we have refunded the order this morning as a gesture of goodwill, and hope your child appreciates the freebie when it inevitably turns up 😊
Have a great Christmas!
Luke
