Lee Smith looked after us throughout our remortgaging journey. He was extremely knowledgeable, and clearly has an abundance of experience under his belt. He kept us informed every step of the way and worked extremely hard to keep within the deadline that we had in place. Excellent value for money, providing an extremely thorough service.
We have already recommended Lee and Kingfisher mortgages to family and friends.

I’ve just remortgaged after finding Kingfisher through this site.

The whole process has been incredibly easy mostly because the communication from Lee has been brilliant. From in person and zoom meetings that suit my availability to visual aids and zero pressure to go through things at my own pace. I am now using them to arrange life cover and will be remortgaging through them again in a couple years!

From the moment I took a call from Kingfishers Mortgages they were friendly and explained everything very well. The initial call I spoke to Sam who booked us in with a face to face meeting with Chris at our home. His hours were very flexible and he fitted us in around our busy home life with young children. When Chris came round he explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable about mortgages and had great financial advice. We look forward to speaking to Chris again when we look to move house in the near future.

Chris kept us in the loop at all times and was always quick to answer any questions we had along the way. He was able to get us a great deal and we're really pleased to be able to use Kingfisher for our mortgages going forward.

Chris at kingfisher mortgages has been brilliant from the start to the very end , we arranged a remortgage 5 months our existing mortgage was due to run out and Chris found us a very good deal and kept on top of it for any rate drops . We felt a bit cautious about it all as the last time we had a mortgage arranged , the company dealing with literally robbed us with hidden charges but Chris at kingfisher made everything very clear from the start , no surprises just good clear communication in verbal and written , we could just sit back knowing everything was getting sorted and we didn't have to worry about a thing , excellent service , would highly recommend

My parents advised going to Nick for the remortgage of our house having had many years of fantastic advice from him, and our experience was no different.

Nick clearly knows his stuff and secured us a brilliant deal we wouldn’t have found without him, saving us a considerable amount of money. He walked us through everything, took time to answer questions and was always incredibly prompt in his responses.

Lee was AMAZING! He came to see us, got to know us and understood us, this helped us choose the right product. We had a few issues with our house sale and Lee was there every step of the way, sorting us out. He really worked magic for us and we could not have got to the end without him and we most certainly cant recommend Lee enough!

Excuse after excuse about sorting 2 mortgages for me. "I was at the hospital with my son" then "I was as the hospital with my Dad"
Then, "I'll call you today" followed by a week of zero contact. Muppets.
