The service was good
The service was good. I dropped 1 star only because the legal language was very difficult to understand even though the advisory went through it slowly with me on more than one occasion. That part of the service was excellent but it would have not needed repeated clarification if the language used was understandable for those without a legal background.

I forgot things that were important to go in my will.it had to be rewritten twice, they were very accommodating.and patient.until it was perfect for what I needed. Staff got back to me as soon as I had rang for advice.
