Fraud they cancelled my order and did not refund my amount

Top most frod company and the worst experience of cheating neither got cake nor refund,i would like to msz other ppl don't buy anything kinkin

Totally fraud company.
I credited amount for birthday cake but not any delivery till now.

I don’t even want to give any star , i ordered cake on 27th june , and they took payment but i din’t got any call from anyone regarding my order , they din’t even sent the tracking details , this a fraud site . Please don’t waste your hard earned money in these useless sites and go for good and known sites . I did a mistake .

Dusre ki paisha khake koie life me bada nahi hota hai.. Tune mera mahnat ki paisha khaya Hai . Fraud hai ye kinkin side. yahase please koie order mat karna. Paisha pani me jaayega...badduya deti hu tujko jitna logoka paisha tune khaya hai na usse bhi jaada paisha tujko doctor ko dena padega . Or tere jaisa fraud ka kabhi baccha na de upar wala.. Dusro ki paisha khata hai. Tereko narak me bhi jaaga nahi hoga... Tu kabhi khush nahi rahega mother ch??....

I think it is a fraud site but I am warning you guys refund my amount today otherwise u will have to face the consequences... they are not responding n replying

Worst company and it's a fraud don't purchase product from this company

for 1st order, Order ID was not generated,kinkin customer care called me and told to do payment again so that order id will be generated, 1st oder amount will be refunded, So did payment again for 2nd time Order ID is 16459, Payment done twice total 2646rs for 2 orders, not even one order delivered, when tried to call customer care not even responding. My money also Not refunded to my account. Please be aware of such fraud for the people who are ordering in KINKIN.

Kinkin is really a fake one .. please don't trust this kind. They don't deliver simply says it got cancelled only after we back of them till the last minute of delivery...there is no proper customer care, they don't even respond....

I placed an order for cake 🎂 and 💐 combo from kinkin, it was little bit delayed however, the customer service of the kinkin was very helpful. I recommend kinkin to everyone.

Had order for first time of flowers and bomb cake it got served really good.

Guys never ever trust this site its total waste of money. They couldn't deliver my order and we don't have any ways to communicate with them, no phone number and not even a responding e-mail id. They promised refund after 5 days of my order only after complaining and i still haven't got it. So don't fall prey to this.

I ordered a cake yesterday. It didn't get delivered. There is no way by which I can follow up. There has been no response from anybody. Tracking still says it is processing. This is ridiculous

I ordered the flower bouquet and the cake for Valentine's day and they never delivered it.
My order no. was 15030.

They are not even responding to any mails or whatsapp number which was provided on the website.

It's a BIG SCAM.
We all should raise a consumer forum for this kind of websites.
