Great when you’re a client but terribly…

Great when you’re a client but terribly slow when exiting. Took so long to prepare final accounts that it’s complicated the closing down of the company. Very annoyed.

Worst Service

April 15th 2025
- My corp is micro: 100 bookings in average. Not much!
- Kinore makes me do the association of BOOKINGS to accounts MYSELF.
- Kinore makes me do the association of TAXES to the accounts MYSELF.
So during the year Kinore literally does not do anything at all BUT filing BC1 and Returns etc.

And then:
Kinore pushes the filing of my taxes until the last moment possible (November for a business year closing at the 31st of December) and then provides me with an email that informs me of fines to be paid by me if I am late signing.

That happened in two consecutive years. So I agreed with them to file in the first couple of months and .... after having provided my numbers: NOTHING. Now they tell me May they would file.

After complaining and wanting to cancel the contract, they expect me to pay for the rest of the contracted period until November!

Overpriced

Kinore quoted me a price for submitted my form 11 tax return at a total of €1250. Later that day, I had it completed within 20 minutes with an alternate vendor for €200.

It was close to deadline, so it seems they 'added' an urgency fee. AKA price gouging

Starting as a small business and…

Starting as a small business and growing each year, we are pleased to be working with Kinore. The support from their staff has been exceptional. Friendly and efficient staff, alway prepared to go over and beyond to help and ensure we meet deadlines. Communication is key with Kinore. If we have any issues, or concerns, they will take their time to explain and guide us. Making sure all accounts/wages etc are done correctly and processed on time. We are offered extra support within webinars, keeping us up to date with company policies, marketing, performance and profitability. We highly recommend Kinore.

Kinore is trying to manipulate a better score on Trustpilot

Kinore trying to mark as my previous reviews as 'containing illegal or harmful material' after not refunding me for work they didn't do, being ridiculously delayed in delivering everything we agreed.

No Kinore, you won't get your scores up high neither with a new name (after rebranding from accountantsonline), not by stopping people from sharing their honest reviews.

Disappointing

Disappointing! I’ve had 3 changes of accountant in less than a year. As a new business owner, I’ve felt unsupported! It’s a tough transition moving from sole trader to LTD and having confidence in your accountant is a gamechanger having experienced this initially as a sole trader. I won’t be continuing with accountants online once I can find a replacement

succesful business people out there, walk away from AO !

I have been with this accountant for more than 3 years. The first year, low cost, fast response, fantastic work (They love mini businesses). Second year they started pushing for much higher fees for the same workload. 3rd year, this is beyond words, we pay 18000 euros in service charge for a job they do in few days. At the end, they get it all wrong, late and they blame us for the delay despite the fact that they have access to all our systems all year round. Now we end up paying for tones of extra charges which was never planned for. I would be you, don't even consider them as a potential accountant

Let me tell you WHY YOU SHOULD NOT GO AHEAD WITH ACCOUNTANTONLINE !
They wants to align their fees to your revenue. Basically your success, it's their success. Like a leech attached to you to suck your revenue. No other words for it. If I could I would walk away from this bunch of mafia immediatly.
