Just had the vegetable lasagne, and whilst I hate wasting food it was so bad I almost put it in the bin. It feels like no effort at all had been made to make a decent product, but the price is high. So disappointed I would never buy again.

Please avoid at all costs if you are wanting to seek employment here!

Favouritism, no moral conduct, bullying and patronising behaviour, toxic work culture involving those that work hard are worked to the bone whilst supervisors and certain staff members roam around pretending to do paperwork for 12 hours. If your face fits. Very clicky. A lot of gossiping and pitching one against another. The list goes on.

High staff turnover. Very unorganised. No safety measures in place. You have to be super ridiculously fast otherwise you get disciplinary. Horrible facilities that show no care for staff members. Lack of PPE.

Pros

I am severely allergic to eggs, nuts and dairy and often react to food that claims to be “free from”. However I’ve never reacted to Kirsty’s food, not even slightly, and have been eating it for years. I’m sad that the pizzas are no longer available but I LOVE that the lemon cheesecakes have appeared! 😊

I’m so glad I discovered Kirsty’s. I had been struggling to find ready meals in the supermarket as a vegan and when I saw the Kirsty's range I was over the moon at the vegan options! The vegan mac & cheeze is honestly such a comfort food and it’s rare to find a vegan version that actually feels satisfying, creamy and properly comforting. I’ve also tried the lasagne and cottage pie, and they’ve made such a difference to me because they’re quick, easy and still feel like a proper dinner.

As someone who can’t always manage cooking from scratch, having vegan ready meals that taste good and work well in the microwave is genuinely a game changer.
I highly recommend!

I came across Kirsty’s by chance a few years ago and have been buying the products ever since I find them very enjoyable especially as I have many intolerances to many ingredients so these ready meals are a god send, I but the cottage pie with sweet potato mash, lasagna which is delicious and u did have the pepperoni pizza can’t find that anymore but it was for I’ve just come across there collaboration with my protein which is good as I’m on calorie count diet with the need for high protein so these tick the boxes. Thank you Kirsty’s for making such good ready meals 😀

I was very happy with the meals supplied in Tesco and Morrisons but unfortunately the main meals have disappeared from the shelves in my region in perth scotland 😢.

I bought a kirsty`s meal, katsu curry, from my local tesco. It was tasteless, very bland. I got in touch with them about it and eventually was sent a voucher for a free meal. , neither my local tesco (from where I bought original meal) or my local Asda could acept the voucher. I got back in touch with Kirsty`s who told me they had resolved the problem with Tesco. I wish, Tesco still couldn`taccept the voucher. Tried explaining again to Kirsty`s but no replies from them since. The voucher has now expired.

Not very nice. Customer services from Sainsbury's just as bad. Why does it say NOT for EU In use by date. I presume this is not a good sign for a product .

I really like their MyProtein Ready meals as someone who is coeliac and dairy free for medical reasons they have a good range and are super helpful if you have any questions. Their customer service when things go a bit wonky with production was fantastic, I’m a very happy customer.

I absolutely love kirstys gluten free range very tasty especially the lasagne, spaghetti bologna and the cheese cake is the best iv ever tried 😋

The gluten free meals are mostly quite delicious. Some have been a letdown but for the most part kirsty's is a solid range.

The meal was very good in terms of taste and texture, the seasoning was just right and the instructions easy to follow. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family…

Kirsty’s meal range is wide and is produced to help people with food allergies. Where as I don’t have an allergy I have a metabolic condition which means I’m on a protein restricted diet (phenylketonuria / pku) I’ve turned to the Kirsty’s range as their lasagne and cottage pie (all I’ve had so far) are not just fantastic, and flavoursome but are low enough in protein so I’m able to finally have a proper shop bought ready meal! I finally feel normal! And it’s thanks to Kirsty’s products. For myself it’s been a life changer and have made the Kirsty’s range the go to brand for a low protein treat :)

I only wish I had read the reviews, Gluten free lasagne. As the other reviews said it was sloppy, I agree more like a soup. selling point in my local supermarket stated "New larger portion". Great it just took me slightly longer to scrape in the bin

I love the variety of meals available, they are tasty, filling and full of flavour. I am always on the lookout now to see what else is available when I'm out shopping.

I am beyond disappointed with Kirsty’s. I’ve been a loyal customer for their Macaroni Cheese, but they have recently changed the recipe and, in doing so, have completely destroyed the flavour. What used to be a reliable, tasty meal is now bland and unappealing.
What’s most frustrating is that the company seems fully aware of the widespread dissatisfaction. Given their already average ratings, you would think they would listen to their community and revert to the original formula. Instead, they have stubbornly refused to amend it. It’s a real shame to see a brand choose to protect a poor decision rather than prioritise customer satisfaction. I won’t be buying again until the old recipe returns.

Kirsty's meals are always flavoursome and hearty. I love their cottage pie for when I don't feel like cooking. Good quality ingredients used for wholesome balanced meals.

I've had plenty of Kirstys meals over the last 12 months, and I've been pleased with them all. Probably not enough meat in for some, but plenty enough for me. Full of taste, easy on my stomach, overall great!

Kirsys make good quality, delicious meals, tasting almost as good as homemade ones. Good variety of dishes/flavours and so easy to prepare. My favourite is the cottage pie with a delicious sweet potato topping on flavoursome mince. Kirstys provide balanced, nutritious meals that are perfect for those with food allergies.
