Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. I understand your frustration and disappointment, especially considering that the order was intended for a significant occasion, your son's 50th birthday.

We deeply apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced due to the delay in delivery. As explained in a previous email there was an unfortunate oversight from Parcelforce which led to the initial delay. I would like to assure you that we took your concerns seriously and acted promptly to rectify the situation.

Upon your feedback, we dispatched your order first thing on Monday and, upon checking the delivery status today (2nd August), we confirmed that your package was successfully delivered this morning. As it seems, due to your absence, it was received by a neighbour.

While we are relieved that your order has reached your vicinity, we understand that the experience didn't meet your expectations, and for that, we are truly sorry.

We take your feedback to heart as we strive to improve our services. Should you have any further concerns or if there is anything more we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
