I ordered my appliance online which was a straightforward process. Communication from Kitchen Economy was excellent from the start and the delivery team turned up on time, as scheduled. I took the remove and install options which were carried out to a high standard by the friendly and helpful delivery team.

Two texts were sent to confirm the order and that the oven was on the delivery van. I had a phone call about 30 minutes before delivery. Jason and Rob went above and beyond to install the oven. They cleared all the packaging and took the old oven away. We always use Kitchen Economy for our white goods and will continue to do so.

From placing the order to delivery and installation less than 24 hours later, the service received from Kitchen Economy was exactly that. I received 2 emails on the morning of delivery explaining that the delivery was on schedule followed by a phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery. The old oven was promptly removed, the existing electrics prepared for the installation of the new oven. All packaging was removed and taken away, along with the old oven.

We ordered an undercounter oven online including taking away the old oven and installing the new one. Very competitive price and excellent service. Received call approx 15 mins before delivery as promised. Highly recommended.
