Had doors delivered feom KDO multiple times. They are good quality, easy to order, and a reasonable price.

I found its customer service excellent and patient as I struggled to order drawes and plinth etc. I understood they couldn't except my card over the phone. However they emailed me the quote if I was happy there was a option to buy on line that I did. Would recommend 💯 % they are top class representative of a fair priced and affordable option and there stuff is well made as I had already ordered samples that impressed my very experienced handy person. So they must be great

We have bought replacement kitchen doors and accessaries in the bella range matt mussel colour and everything we have purchased has been of high standard , any problems we had were soon sorted out by girls in the office . We had made to measure doors for our fridge freezer ,which unfortunatly broke down and they held that part of the order till we found a new one and adjusted the sizes to suit for us nothing was to much trouble would definetly recommend this company . Thanks guys love our new kitchen.

my doors are great, they are a good match & close to my original kitchen doors & they blend in very well. delivery text was sent at 9-50AM got the mesage at 6-15PM doors were already fitted with just the handles to put on, thank you very much, a very good job alround. thanks again withk kind regards roger waistell.

The doors arrived within the time frame and look good...we still have to install them. Disappointed that communication about a delivery date & time is missing. It would be useful to have an email to say that the order has completed manufacture and that it will be dispatched on ??? We only found out that our order was being delivered at 10am on the day of delivery...no good if we had gone to work and no one to accept order. So better communication about delivery would be an improvement.

We bought the doors to match our Howden kitchen which has been discontinued. They match well and are very well made according to my husband who has been a carpenter for many years. We had an issue with one of the larger doors which was damaged on the corner. We were sent a replacement but unfortunately the same problem. The third was packaged very well with sponge around the edges and was perfect. Customer service was incredible and so helpful 👏. The deliveries were quick. We are so happy with the doors and would definitely buy from this company again.

I found the website assistance and instructions easy to follow. The doors arrived in good time and were easy to fit and I am pleased to say no mistakes on part. The doors look great and hopefully they last. A great renovation for the kitchen. There was a delay in delivering the two base units which meant it took a little longer to complete the project. All in all I’m very pleased the service, product and standard of finish.

Ordered sample and colour shade slightly off contacted customer service who sent different swatch FOC. Exact match. Sent measurements and payment and quality doors delivered on time as described. Following delivery further email to ask if everything was ok with order.
So refreshing to get kind of great service well done and keep up the great work. Definitely recommend this company.

Ordered new kitchen cabinet doors and fascia as part of our kitchen uplift. Price at Kitchen Door Outlet was great, made in Britain, and a wide variety of choices; both door type and colour. Back and forth with customer service was outstanding, I had to change the order after purchase and they did such an amazing job trying to figure out how to accomodate me and help change my order. Doors arrived quickly, considering a number were made to measure, and very well packaged. Everything was of outstanding quality and feel, nice heavy-feel to the doors which I appreciate over some of the really light, flimsy mdf doors you can get from other places.

I am so thrilled that I chose to purchase from Kitchen Door Outlet and will absolutely consider ordering from them again for any future needs I think they can fulfill.

As soon as the folk at Kitchen Door Outlet knew what we needed, they had the colour swatches sent the same day. Colour match, although not exactly the same was very good and usable in our utility room. Their follow up / communication during the process was excellent. Also, once we provided measurements they cut the hinge holes, which were perfect! Royal Mail delivery wasn't great, they said they had tried to deliver, then gave an option to deliver elsewhere which we took & then a couple of days later Royal Mail delivered to the original address!? So Kitchen Door Outlet may want to consider using another means of delivery.
Other than that minor hitch on deliver KDO were very good & I would go back to them & also recommend their service to others. Thanks Tony

I've really enjoyed working with this company. The website is easy to navigate and everything is well explained, the range of options is great and I was able to order my doors etc with ease. The prices are fair and postage is reasonable and free if over a certain amount. I did make a couple of size errors when the items arrived and we tried to fit everything but I was able to order more, I did have to pay for postage but I didn't mind. Everything came within a good time frame. The doors/drawers etc are of very good quality and the colour is amazing. Customer service is brilliant too, I had made a sizing error for the hinge holes in my rush to re-order, and Jess was straight on it and my order was easily amended. Highly recommended.
