We purchased rigid units that were well built.
The price for the units was excellent and delivery was quick.

I’ve fitted over 30 kitchens from many different brands over the years and coming from an engineering background have had different experiences and opinions.
I was interested by the TV and web ads and thought I’d give it it a go when it came to fitting a new kitchen in my son’s and future daughter-in-law’s upstairs flat in London.
The packaging and ease of assembly was a massive help when working in a confined area with everything needed as a kit. The assembly was quick, easy and solid when glued and especially having an 8mm backboard. Why some companies use 3mm is beyond me.
The end result was a solid, well-made and stylish kitchen that belies its cost.
I’ll definitely be using KitchenKit again.

Great Kitchen cabinet company, great service, easy on line ordering, heavy duty quality cabinets, doors, draws, hinges and runners. If they don’t have a standard size unit they’ll custom make it at little extra cost. Cabinets sides, tops, bottoms and back panel are tongue and groove uniclic, which is quick to assemble and much stronger than camlock systems. Good after sales service, free delivery

Purchased a product from this company through toolstation. 3 items were missing. Contacted toolstation who have tried to resolve the situation and are still trying. I tried to call this company on two different numbers, they didn't answer my calls so sent 2 emails which they haven't replied too. I'll keep you updated on my progress.

Shocking service. Ordered a kitchen with a supposed four day delivery. Didn't hear anything after requesting call backs via Toolstation. Cancelled order and purchased from a reputable supplier.

The product is actually incredibly good value and excellent quality. The fitters are superb. The problem is in the senior management. A family run concern. As can often happen, if say a senior member of that firm and family don’t like you as a customer, very quickly customer service goes out the window. I could write a long list of itemised issues but they collectively all lead back to one individual. Initials ND, I won’t personalise, but if you have worked with this co and had a similar issue you will be able to join the dots. Made the whole experience a chore and put the stress levels through the roof. My recommendation would be to stay away

Tried to order a kitchen, tried several times over a few days and Literally no one answers the phone!!! TRIPLE CHECKED THE NUMBER AND IT SAYS IT DOESNT EXIST SO STAY CLEAR IF A COMPANY DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A PHONE BEING ANSWERED.

Second time I have bought a kitchen from here and absolutely delighted with the easy process from start to finish. Items arrive quickly, well packaged and just take no time to assemble. No screwdriver required just some wood glue and a hammer. Cheaper than some well know retailers aswell so a bonus.

A breath of fresh air. Kitchen arrived in perfect condition, no missing parts whatsoever and very good quality indeed. The first kitchen I have purchased is the Matt White Shaker and it looks beautiful. Opted for flat pack and the units were extremely easy to put up. Highly recommend this company and their after sales customer service is outstanding.

Excellent quality and fast turnover. Fraction of the price compared with all the big players.

Great price and quality.
We had issues with the drawer unit, found out it was upside down when we came to install the runners and drawers. Nothing wrong on the product. It could do with a clearer instructions or even better marking on the unit. (As we dont read instruction, our fault)
All in all a good supplier and will use again.
