I actually received it much sooner than I had anticipated! I must admit that I am new to the whole Chinese tea culture and still have a lot to learn. I am making slow progress but progress nonetheless. I really love my Gaiwan teaset and will be putting it to practical use daily!

I ordered an egg yolk separator from them on December 2nd last year.

I received an order confirmation but never heard anything. I decided to reach out in January and the customer service representative said that the warehouse was on holiday for the whole month and would be back in February.

I reached back out in mid-february, 70 something days after I placed my order and after their 50 day guarantee window had passed, and asked for a refund. The customer service team responded saying, "Thank you for contacting us. Your product has been sent, we use the fastest logistics method, you will receive it shortly. Our products will be as described on the website, sorry for the delay."

I found this pretty frustrating, so I referenced their 50 day guarantee again and the representative responded saying, "Hi, we have told you before that we were on holiday and that we will not start again until January 30th."

I've now been waiting 81 days for a simple egg yolk separator. I tried to call, but the line is disconnected, and now I'm waiting to see if they'll allow me to speak with a supervisor. I work with a lot of vendors as a coffee shop owner, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever received from a company. I will absolutely never work with these people again and I hope to spare anyone else.

I found KitchenXPerts.com through a web search. They had a digital hand scale that I was looking for and it was in stock at multiple warehouses. The price was significantly lower at one warehouse so I selected it. It wasn't made clear, but the warehouse I selected was in China. The item shipped directly to me and arrived in good condition in 2 weeks. There was no promised delivery date when the order was placed so I can't complain about the time. The order tracking was good so I was able to track it from China to my home over the two week period. Only one issue with the product description on the site. The site indicated the digital scale had a resolution of 0.1 grams. It is true that the display does have a readout to 0.1 grams, but the true measurement resolution of the scale is about 10 grams (1 ounce). When adding weight the display will stay steady and then jump about 10 grams as weight is added. This is still very good for a scale with a capacity of 50kb (100 lbs), but not as good as the description suggested.
