Super easy, quick response to any questions I had, and I would definitely use them again.

Good service. Did make the booking before departing for my destination and received it day after arrival in the UK. Did the test and post it. Got the result the next day.

They guarantee results within 12 hours and they were late. As a result we had to pay to take tests elsewhere. Book with someone more reliable.

EDIT: Since my experience, the company seems to have really bolstered their staffing and their customer service was excellent and refunded me half of what I paid (not sure they even had a customer service department at the time of my experience). I would like to think they'd be more reliable if one were to book now.

I did my PCR test in Sale yesterday morning at a site that is doing them on behalf of UK health kits. I was told that my results would be with me by this morning at the latest. Still no results.. Their website even states results in 24hrs of the lab receiving the tests, which we were told would be around 12pm yesterday. After trying to contact this company countless times with no answer and the phone being put down every time, I contacted the site I did the test at who gave me a different phone number but still, no answer. Obviously they are active because I've seen them respond to my wifes review not long ago but they don't answer their phone or respond to emails. The website doesn't accept the order number and email address as being valid. It seems like this service is very hit and miss with the previous reviews and unfortunately those on the bad side of the service having to isolate and be inconvenienced further. Some simple standard of customer service would help wonders.

In reply to the below comment, I'm not asking for forged results I'm asking for results in line with your companies own information. So, the poor review is based on my experience with the company not following their own policy and having abysmal customer service. The link you've sent isn't even relevant to the complaint made. It was an on site test that the staff said is personally taken to the lab. Absolute amateur hour.

I had previously written a negative review as my results were delayed (according to their own website promise of 24 hours once getting to lab and the clinic's own estimates), and I could not contact anyone on their phone number (the correct one on their website) or by email.
Results have since been posted so I will amend my review.

Onsite test: 11am 19/12
Estimate from clinic: tests are leaving for the lab at 12pm, results that night/following morning (20/12)
Results: 8am 21/12

Please improve your customer service. This is a very stressful experience for people having to isolate and not being able to contact you. We should not have to resort to posting reviews on trust pilot just to get a response from you.

PCR wasn’t at home on my arrival and I’m not entirely sure it would of turned up if I didn’t ask where it was. It arrives 2 days after the date I ordered it, I complete it and send it off the same day. Four days later I’m still waiting for the result. I have been watching the postal order and it’s still in the postal depot. Even if it arrives at the lab tomorrow (Big If!) it will still be 24 - 48hrs waiting for the result. Personally I would avoid next time much quicker companies out there.

Extremely happy with communication and quickness of test results. I had a few queries which were answered same day and no issues at all.

I had to order 2 separate tests from UK Health Kits for my travel from Canada to the UK, and from the UK, back to Canada. One was a lateral flow and the other was a PCR. Both testing kits arrived in a short amount of time, and the instructions were very simple to use. When it came time to waiting on my results from my PCR, I was able to contact a staff member from the number provided on my kit to get my results even faster. I was able to board my flight on time, with my results. Very efficient system. I like that you can do your own swabs at home- saves lots of time.

I found UK HEALTH KITS LTS on the gov.uk website. After a thorough search I found them to be the cheapest ones available.
I was skeptical initially as I had overviewed their Ts and Cs and the number published for them on gov.uk is incorrect (genuine mistake, one wrong digit). I managed to locate their correct number in my order confirmation email. Not only they replied to my emails but they also called me back. Mr. Tolu has been extremely helpful and understanding of my request. I recommend then and I will use them again.
