I’ve been a customer for 15+ years
Always the same med Panadol Osteo 665.
My 5 star rating is a direct result of the med itself. Highly effective for my knee pain.
However Kiwi’s website is lacking in continuity.
It’s confusing redundant which loops round and quite frankly it’s hard for the customer to comply with their basic questions. Maybe it’s been translated from Australian or the language of New Zealand
Also I’d sure like to know in advance that my non script product is out of stock. Service of that part of customer service is critical

My experience with Kiwi Drug has been good and productive. Their prices are excellent, the shipping can be slow, but often the product is coming from another part of the world, and the tracking is usually provided. The best part is they have a simple business model. If they have the product they ship it to you. If you need to do something before they can ship it, you do it and that's it. No extra hoops to jump through, no extra fees. Simple, honest. Trustworthy.

I've been Kiwidrug.com customer since 2013. I've always been satisfied with their service. There may be delays on international deliveries, I expect that. On occasions where there was a delivery problem, they always made it right. I continue to use, and recommend, Kiwidrug.com.

I remember being extremely nervous the first time I bought from Kiwi, but it was for nothing. they've been excellent, and I've been a repeat customer now for at last six years.

I have been using Kiwi for my pharmacy needs for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with their products. It does take 2 weeks for overseas shipping, but I have never had a lost package or any issues with my orders.

Kiwi Drug has consistently been helpful and a great company to purchase my medication from. A few times my prescription has been backordered, but KD has stepped up and given me the option to select it from an alternative resource. I always receive my meds within a good period of time and tracking info has always been provided.

Good for a few years. Finally I wanted to cancel an order since I accidentally ordered it. They ignored my email. So angry, I asked them to cancel a second upcoming one and they ignored that too, charged and shipped, not responding anymore.

I guess they figured I was moving my rx's somewhere else and really wanted my money. So I then cancelled my subscriptions and am done with them.

Kiwi Drug is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. They consistently provide the medications I need along with truly exceptional customer service. The team is always quick to respond, incredibly kind, and genuinely helpful. I honestly wish we had this level of service here in our own industry. Highly recommend!

Really attentive to any problems. I had a package intercepted by good ole us customs, which may have cracked down in the tariff/ no tariff era.
They absorbed the loss and replaced.
If this becomes a pattern they may not be able to guarantee the UsA third world shipments.

They have wonderful discounts and sales, shipping charges are very reasonable and if there is any type of issue with shipping they jump at the chance to fix it, because that's who they are!

I'm not one to leave reviews too much. I tend to think people are paid or compensated in some way to write them. But this will be genuine and from my heart with no other agenda than to let people know that if you're here, you've made the right choice! I have used Kiwi Drug ever since I retired from the Navy years ago. I use them in conjunction with my veteran's administration doctors, and together treatment has helped me through PTSD, anxiety, insomnia and pain from injuries over the years. I have never once been let down or ever been dissatisfied with delivery or service. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy team to help you, I cannot recommend highly enough. I've been ordering from Kiwi Drug for ten years, and until recently, I'd never encountered a problem. My latest prescription drug order arrived with a suspicious discoloring of some of the tablets. I contacted Kiwi customer service and they reached out to their supplier.

After weeks of inquiries, a solution was found and a new batch of drugs was shipped to me at no charge. My dealing with Kiwi and particularly "John" the Supervisor was very professional and caring. This level of customer service is rare in modern times. I highly recommend this company and it's staff.

I’ve been using kiwi for years and it’s always been a great experience. Only one package ever got delayed on the US side and they quickly sent a new one. Their customer service is great and all of my meds have been at a steep discount compared to US prices and top quality. Thanks kiwi.

As always, shipping is prompt and efficient. If it's delayed (rare) they respond immediately. Modern convenience, and old-fashioned ethics
