Well worth giving her a chance!
After a rocky road with other supposedly reputable jewellers, I took what I thought at the time was a punt on kiya and couldn't be more glad that I did.
She was incredibly helpful throughout with excellent communication. She offered to send videos of the various stones I was considering in different shades and sizes so that I could pick one that was perfect for my fiancee, which really helped me.
I had a limited time frame and she made a special effort to accommodate me and was true to her promised time frame.
The ring is beautiful and both me and my fiancee are super happy with it. Will probably get a wedding band from Kiya too because the experience and quality were so good. 5 stars (if not more)!

Amazing experience
Ordering a ring from Kiya has been a brilliant experience - communication was clear from the get-go, and she had a beautiful selection of sapphires to work with. I was looking for a very particular stone and she had it in the very first batch we looked at.
Her designs are solid. They have a timeless quality to them and the craftsmanship is excellent.
The ring is even more lovely in person - we’ll definitely be back when it is time for wedding bands!

Perfect engagement ring experience
Kiya designed my green sapphire engagement ring, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From deciding on our bespoke design to choosing a stone, she was supportive and informative every step of the way and I am truly astonished to have such a unique and special piece of jewellery on my finger.
I was in tears of joy the first time I wore my ring, and I still look at it and smile every day.
We will definitely commission some anniversary jewellery from Kiya in the future - if her design aesthetic speaks to you, I’d 100% go for one of her pieces. You pay a little more than you might for a similar, non-boutique piece, but knowing that her stones are ethically sourced and that the design was made with real thought behind it made this a plus point for us.
