Made a pre order on June 22nd. They were supposed to ship by December.
They ignored multiple requests for information.
Only by januari did I receive some kind of communication to say that they would not be able to fulfill and gave me the options to either wait or cancel.
I canceled and they confirmed the refund but it was never made.
Would appreciate getting my money back!

Had a delay with the distributors so received my prodcuts a few weeks later than the release date but support was very open with the communication so it was very refreshing, they also have very fair prices

I've purchased from Kizoku.life twice over the past 6 months and have not been disappointed! They are legit hard working people. Shipping takes a while since I'm not in Europe, but I can see that they make the effort to get my items to be as quickly as possible. Kudos!

I preordered a case of PRB02 in March 2025 for my first order and Kizoku delivered! You can't beat the pricing and the customer service was great ad well. We worked through the shipping delays and I was very happy with my order. Looking forward to placing another order soon for PRB03!

Communication with the Kizoku team was very pleasant and the team is very helpfull. Great packing of the products and they take care of the customers. Simply Lovely!

The packaging from Kizoku was great and everything arrived safely. However, my preorder took about a month longer than originally expected, which was disappointing.

On the positive side, their communication was quick and informative during the delay, so I did feel kept in the loop. They also included three booster packs as compensation, which was a nice gesture.

Overall, it was an okay experience, good customer service, but the long wait definitely affected my overall impression.

I just received my first order from Kizoku and I came here to thank them! I pre-ordered a Mega Charizard X ex UPC, it was very well packaged, plenty of bubble wrap, it arrived in perfect condition. I was very pleasantly surprised by the complementary 3 phantasmal flames boosters, just wow, I didn't expect this and to me, that definitely makes them stand out from the rest!

If I had to name one point of improvement it would be the delivery time, I received the UPC about 3 weeks after the release date. This doesn't bother me, I'm happy to wait knowing they take their time to deliver quality!

Very trustful, exellent service

I'm a long customer of Kizoku and probably one of the first that has ordered on the website. The guys behind Kizoku are amazing, very friendly and always helpful there where its needed.

My packages so far has came very clean! Good packaging, not a single issue with my boosterboxes and ontop of that they gave me free packs because of the delay back then! 5/5 or 10/10 you choose! ;)

I had a really great experience with Kizoku. For such a new shop, they are already doing a lot of things right. The prices are very fair, the website is clean and easy to use, and their rugs and katanas really make them stand out from many other stores.

What impressed me the most, though, was the amazing support and how much passion they have for the hobby. It doesn’t feel like just another shop, but more like people who genuinely love what they do and want to share that with others.

I can honestly recommend Kizoku and will definitely shop there again.

Terrible experience. This is a total scam do not buy from here. Made a pre-order for Dragonball Manga SB02 since 3 months ago and they never shipped. Only replied to my end less emails after I had to open a Paypal case. Lots of promises and never ships and no refunds.

I had a very positive experience with Kizoku Life. They handled my question quickly and professionally, providing a clear and detailed explanation. Because of this, it was easy for me to understand their process and follow along. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.

I always have an amazing experience with Kizoku. They offer great prices for all my pre-orders and are very responsive when I reach out to them on Instagram for any questions I may have.
Customers should know you won't get your item on the day of release. Orders usually ship out a few weeks(4-6 weeks usually) after release but if you are ok waiting, you can't beat these phenomenal prices.(I usually order a case or two of One Piece)
Also if you have any trouble getting in touch with the store, try Instagram messaging. The owner is very friendly and wants to ensure all their customers have a great experience.
