First, I needed to cancel and resubmit the order. The customer service representative pushed back. Annoying.
Second, the dimensions for kiwi cushion are not listed on the website. The customer service rep couldn’t tell me. Frustrating and disappointing.
Third, I couldn’t find a place on their website to leave a review. Bad business.
I purchased a posture corrector from this company and found it to be less than helpful so emailed them about a return and refund. It says on their website that a full 30 day refund is available if the product doesn’t meet your expectations
They responded that if I keep the product they will give me a 50% refund. I really don’t want it so I replied that I’d prefer a return and refund. They then told me there’d be a 15% restocking fee. I STILL don’t want the product- it doesn’t work for me- but I’m getting the run around and no response as to where I should send it. Horrible service. Do NOT buy from this company!!
UPDATE: After all the hassle detailed above and about six emails, I received another email telling me that they are processing a full refund and I should get it in 3-5 biz days. IF I do get the refund I guess the lesson is: be a real pain to this company and threaten a bad review and report to BBB and you might finally get what you asked for in the first place.
