The team at (KJ Cargo Services) is amazing. A friend referred me to them and I would do the same. Despite me being in a rush they came up with swift solutions, all with outstanding customer service.

I've had the most awful experience using KJ Cargo's services. I use a different shipper normally (County Cargo) but my friend recommended that I try KJ Cargo.
The experience started off really great. I got whatsapp notifications for every item i sent to them, and then for the shipment, they sent me a tracking link with an invoice which i thought was a nice techy touch. I even commended them for the service so far, and proceeded to order more items to their warehouse for subsequent shipment.
I was told my shipment was in Lagos and would be available for pickup on the 14th of April. I followed up on the 14th, knowing the 15th was a public holiday. I got no response.
Finally a WHOLE WEEK LATER than promised and with VERY poor communication from their team (no response or late responses to emails, whatsapp and calls), I was told to come and pick up my shipment. I told them I requested for a home delivery, to which they proceeded to add extra charges to my invoice. Long story short, I ended up having to book and uber to pick my shipment from the office.
My goods arrived with some of the food items melted and degraded.
They charged me 64 pounds for under 10kg.
Unfortunately I had ordered more items to their warehouse already. I was forced to ship again the rate of 10kg even though they were just a few items and the service is supposed to be "consolidated". Complete lies.
This time I received an invoice for 65 pounds, so they raised the per kilo rate without informing me, in addition to charging for 10KG instead of the actual volumetric weight of my items. I've emailed them requesting an explanation.
All in all, i'll have spent over £150 to ship less than 12 kilos worth of goods, with poor communication, huge amounts of stress and damaged goods by the time they arrived. Definitely not worth it.
I gave them this feedback directly, and they only decided to respond when they realised I was planning on leaving a review, telling me to "be nice". What an insult. They made no attempt to remedy the situation.
I would definitely recommend that you DO NOT use this service. They think that fancy technology can make up for an abysmal service, but clients will quickly see through that. I'd rather use other reliable services with less technology any day!

1) It's a lie. I was never told there was an airline backlog, and the COVID 19 excuse is getting weak and overused already. This isn't 2021. I have a screenshot of a whatsapp conversation where I was told it would arrive on the 14th. Nothing about covid or airline delays. Please don't tell lies in an attempt at damage control.
2) If you are truly sorry, you should not have hiked the price without informing me, and should have already applied a remedial discount to my existing invoice (#INV-20994). Instead I was charged a per kilo rate thats 5p higher than the price hike you informed me about AFTER i had shipped. #Crazy
