Kevin has played an absolute blinder for us. I was nervous about interest rate rises last September so contacted Kevin to see if I should take the hit of an early repayment in order to fix. Kevin confirmed this wasn’t necessary and said we could fix the rate 6 months before renewal. In doing so he has saved us £100s. He has been readily on hand to help with admin and it will all be completed next month. What a hero!!

Kevin’s support has been exemplary throughout the end to end process of mortgage in principle to completion. His consistent engagement and support has allowed me to have an easy experience as a first time buyer, additionally his appreciation of my busy schedule improved the customer journey.
