I Wore my cardigan which I was pleased with and cut off label Later my husband noticed the security tag was attached which I didn't notice prior to wearing
It Itook it into the shop at Dockside Chatham and was told the didn't have a tag remover device and wouldn't give a refund as I had cut off the label I found this totally unsatisfactory I had to go to Moss Bros where a kind man removed it for me on his device I bought the cardigan on line It should have been checked before posting I'm not impressed

My clothes I got was very nice so is all my clothes even the ones I bought from the Klass shop I got a lot

Saw the dress in store but my size was not available. Looked on line with only 1 left and orded. Very quick response and delivery.

Graham provided my husband and I the most incredible service. He is so professional and has so much pride in his work. From sizing up my groom, son and 2 groomsman, making a belt for my son for free the day of collecting suits. For tailoring my grooms shirt that we bought from another shop because it was huge. Also steam cleaning x 5 bridesmaid dresses and my wedding gown after a an issue with my bridal dressmaker. He really was a first class person and made us all feel a million dollars. If anyone wants a suit to make them feel like a king and to not have any worries with anything for your wedding, then I 100% recommend Klass Menswear. We can't thank you enough Graham. Tracy is always helpful. Finds you what you are looking for and nothing is too much trouble. Always cheerful and can remember what you have bought. Atmosphere in shop always good, and it’s nice there are some shops left around so that you can try before you buy.

Went in to klass at dockside today don’t usually go in thought it might not be a bit of me ( thought it was for how shall I say the more mature lady )well I was very surprised beautiful well made clothes and the sales lady very friendly accommodating nothing was too much trouble spent a fortune well worth it will be going back very soon

Really enjoy going to the fragrance shop hear they always have great deals and great items in stock, I also really enjoy talking to Angela she's really kind and always makes great suggestions

My Experience was so good saw My items in your Clacton branch as not available in my local Chatham Dockside branch where mgr Clare is so helpful I visit many times each month Clare advised me to try online ordered 2x Gillets on Thursday arrived by Saturday morning lovely quality items as everything I’ve bought in Klass have been .
