Lovely shop at Trentham filled with a beautiful range of garments. Staff were friendly and complimentary about my choices of dressed and tops.
Absolutely lovely clothes, so comfortable and easy to wear for any occasion. They are a good quality and prices are reasonable.
Have purchased more items from the website, as I was so pleased with the compliments I was receiving!
My new favourite place for clothes shopping!!

Fast delivery on quality items at a reasonable price. Had to return items bought in the sale as they were too big.The return/refund was dealt with in store by a friendly and professional member of staff

Klass Trentham Gardens
I visited the store in Trentham Gardens, Stoke at the end of July. The staff were extremely helpful, very willing to make suggestions and they even provided me with all the information I needed to make an online purchase of a dress, in a size they didn’t have in store. I finished by making three purchases in store and one online later. What excellent value for money! So far I have worn and washed two dresses. No problem washing in a machine.
I shall certainly be visiting the Trentham store again when I am looking to buy for the Autumn/Winter season.

Pleasant and helpful staff.
I bought a few items online which were unsuitable so I took them back to the store in the Trentham Shopping Village. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and processed my returns with no fuss asking if I would like an exchange or my money back. It only took minutes. The items I bought were of good quality but not right for me although I have purchased items from here in the past and been very pleased with them.

Finding the correct dress size
The size of dress want available in the store so the lady rang around other local shops to see if they had my size in. As the didn't she advised that I go to the website and happily found what I was looking for. The lady was was very helpful.
