My wife and I have been working with Kleer circle for about a month now, and couldn't be happier. The team there is fantastic, and is helping us navigate the complicated process of owning and operating a short term rental. After just a few short weeks of working with them we've already gone under contract on a new home. We're extremely excited, and would recommend their services to anyone out there who hasn't quite been able to make the leap on their own.

I'd been wanting to get into short term rentals for a couple years but kept stalling on the research. Too many markets, too many unknowns, and I didn't trust myself to pick right. Kleer Circle took that whole piece off my plate. They found the property in Muskegon, ran the numbers with me, and walked me through the purchase from offer to close in 7 weeks. What I appreciated most was that nothing felt rushed or salesy. When I had questions, Logan answered them same day, usually with more context than I asked for. After closing they handled the setup, design, and listing launch, and I honestly did very little beyond signing things. We went live in July and had bookings our first week. If you know you want an Airbnb but don't want to become a full time researcher to get one, this is the way to do it. Five stars from me.

After spending a lot of time researching the best returns I can get and the various short-term rental investing groups, Logan and the team were by far the best as he’s not only helped new STR investors establish themselves but he’s also built a meaningful personal portfolio that generates millions of $ (and he just turned 30). Anyone w a high 5 or 6+ figure tax bill must have a short term rental in their portfolio as the return is elite (tax savings + cashflow + principal appreciation + loan pay down/equity growth).
