I brought the deluxe instant hot water and sadly it’s not as hot as my kettle and it runs cold water, about half a cup before the hot water kicks in.

We’re sorry to hear the unit isn’t performing as expected for you. The initial flow of cooler water you’ve described can sometimes occur as the system dispenses the remaining water in the internal line before the heated water fully engages. However, it should then provide a consistent hot flow thereafter.
In terms of temperature, instant hot water dispensers are designed to deliver hot water quickly without reaching a full kettle boil, so the temperature can feel slightly different compared to a traditional kettle.
We really appreciate you sharing your experience, and if you’re still finding it isn’t heating correctly after use, we’d be happy to look into this further with you.

It was easy to order over the phone and pay for it. The questions i had was clearly answered. The warranty was reasonable. The shipping was free i was able to order extra bags. The emails were clear about deliver dates and the setting up was fairly straight forward. Early days but the suction on the machine is excellent....happy customer
