The experience I found with Kleva Range and many other companies also that I must remind them also we as in the public cannot buy everything they sell and sometimes you look at things because an item is close to its lifespan and you don’t always buy no matter what. The way it was handled in delivery great but I think the box that it was placed in was too big and the top sunk in. The items they sell I find generally are always good and on this occasion I can say well done again as in a class product with the Air Fryer with a heat proof glass food container which makes all the difference in flavour. Thank you.

I was really delighted with my Kleva range knives. I had put up with very blunt knives for a while and finally had enough when I couldn't cut a tomato anymore.
I love the paring knife, which I use every day and the slightly larger knife when working with bigger vegetables. I have not had any problems with cutting anything. Marvellous. Very quick delivery too.
I like the magnetic board and have already sharpened a few things with the knife sharpener. I love that it sucks onto the surface.

Quick service & postage of goods the only thing is i ordered the Krapoff with extra vaccum bags when it was special I never received the extra bags

When I contacted Kleva Support to ask for a refund well before the 30 day Refund Period expired, I received an interim reply that their Support Team was not available outside office hours, but they would contact me soon. The follow-up contact has not occurred in the following week, so I will have to re-request the Refund, as the expiry date is now imminent (6th of May). Perhaps they were hoping I would forget to follow up?

We placed an order for the 5 Kleva sharp knives on magnetic and timber stand.
All aspects of this order very satisfactory..
The delivery time, continued advice of progress and so pleased with the quality. Far superior knives than any we have had over the years. The magnetic stand takes up minimal space on a kitchen bench allowing instant and easy access.

I have purchased a few of the Kleva Range and I’m very happy with delivery times and quality of the products my latest purchase is the KRAPOF Vaccume cleaner …. I’m loving it ….. so light , does a great job ,
the self empty system is great . With my previous vaccume I had to work harder for a result that just passed , my KRAPOF gives a better result with much less work , then empties and charges itself ready for the next clean . FANTASTIC !!

We have purchased quite a few products from you, such as air fryer and its fantastic quality. Can you purchased another s/s pot for it. as the one in this pot has discoloured ,otherwise very easy to use, and would 💯 recommend. Thanks. My soup pot was fantastic great quality easy to use but it died now?? Hot water system is fantastic so easy to operate 💯 recommend it. Heaters are fantastic and easy to operate 💯 recommend. We have been long time user's with pillow s, cushions, vegs chop machine, bread bin, shaving gear, navigation system etc.... so by now you can think that I m very happy, satisfied with your product's thank you and great packaging, delivery thanks
