I didn't like the fact that after cutting 2 small tomatoes the knife was blunt, I complained & was told to use the knife sharpener & see if it's okay if not I could ring back again & arrange return/refund

got the krapof self cleaning vacuum
got the krapof self cleaning vacuum, it works good, but it’s not charging - had a new motor sent out - still not working, but a new battery is on the way to test out.. hopefully works- anyway, easy to deal with and get some solutions, if new battery don’t work will have to swap whole unit i suppose.. hopefully works out so i can clean my house..

The water task has a terrible taste and…
The water task has a terrible taste and no amount of clean and running gallons of water through has removed it. The bad taste remains and the instant hot water dispenser is now a white elephant taking up bench space and probably soon to go in the bin
