Founded in 2021. KL International Group is an outstanding real estate team that has achieved incredible success in the industry. With $80 million in sales in 2022, the group has solidified its position as one of the most successful and respected real estate agencies in the market. Before being founded, the idea of forming KL International Group started brewing in Q2 of 2020. The goal of KL International Group is to become a nationwide team, with 1-on-1 full-on service throughout all of the world. Eventually, the plan started to work, finding brokers, lenders, and other amazing vendors that wanted to scale their business as well and provide above-and-beyond service for clients. A very common theme at KL International is that we strive to get the job done, whether it be through our in-house concierge service or extensive marketing we know that our job is to get the home sold no matter how much we need to do on the front end. With all of those ideas coming together, founder Kyle Lee finally decided to open up KL International Group on August 26th, 2021, and completely switched up how to do real estate. Now, KL International Group has grown to a vast network, including being able to serve all 50 states, British Columbia, as well as Hong Kong as of May 18th, 2023.
