Amazing experience from Dr Rosh he is extremely knowledgable and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my treatment he really took the time to understand what results I needed and his communication was amazing throughout. I can’t thank all the staff here enough. If you’re thinking about going I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Rosh is just the best in the business. After trying various different aesthetic clinics in the area, it’s clear that Dr. Rosh has the most knowledge and experience. He knows how to deliver treatments quickly with minimal pain and is able to advise on areas to treat to achieve the best but natural looking results. He also uses the right amount of product unlike many other clinics who use the tiny minimal amounts.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr Rosh. I found him to be neither attentive nor understanding, and I didn’t feel he cared about client satisfaction or well-being. I had travelled all the way from Bristol for an appointment that I booked two months in advance, only to discover that the ultrasound I specifically requested would not be carried out.

Despite this being through no fault of my own, my £50 deposit was not refunded. When I raised my concerns, they were brushed off without any real effort to resolve the issue. I left feeling dismissed, patronised, and frustrated. The doctor’s attitude came across as arrogant and condescending — even making unnecessary comments about my mental health, which were completely inappropriate and unhelpful.

Overall, I did not receive the service or treatment I had paid for, and the entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. There are many far kinder and more professional medical practitioners out there who show genuine care and respect for their clients — I would strongly recommend seeking them instead.

I have been going to KLNIK since I started getting any kind of filler or Botox. I was always nervous of how it may feel or look but from the start Dr Rosh has done amazing work giving me a the natural look I’ve always wanted. With his professional advice and work I have received a more symmetrical look as well as a younger look with the help of baby Botox and filler.

I recently visited Dr Rosh and his assistant Amelia for tear trough filler and masseter Botox. They were both incredibly professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The clinic has a lovely, calm atmosphere and I felt very well looked after from start to finish. Thank you both for such a positive experience!

Will only ever go to Dr Rosh for filler! He is always 100% honest and never makes me feel like I have to get any filler even when I don’t need it. He always talks through what he will be doing and always makes sure your comfortable throughout the whole process.

Really disappointed with my results I was treated by Dr Ali who encouraged me to have treatment which I was not keen on but I took his advice after he showed me before and after pictures of his previous clients he kept insisting I look better but in fact it made no difference but I was left with lumps not happy be careful of the fake 5 star reviews the results are devastating

The most amazing experience with Dr Ali at KLNIK! I had always been insecure about my side profile, specifically my nose, and booked in with Dr Ali for a non-surgical nose job as well as some side profile balancing. He is the kindest, most welcoming and friendly character who instantly made me feel comfortable and knew straight away what I was wanting from the treatment. This was my first ever experience of any filler etc and he explained the process thoroughly to help me feel informed and checked in at my 2 week top-up appointment to ensure I was happy with the results. Had tear trough with Dr Rosh a few times now, and have been really happy with the results and service. Its a very sensitive area so going to a doctor is a must for this procedure!

Amelia who assists him is absolutely lovely and puts you at ease. Dr Rosh takes his time to analyse your face (particularly on your 1st visit) and is meticulously skilled at what he does. The procedure is quite quick whichbi know some may criticise but that's personally a plus for me. He's had years and years of experience so hes able to study the face, reach his conclusions and administer the filler more efficiently than those with less experience/anatomical knowledge. He doesn't try and upsell you anything either.
I've seen some reviews regarding bedside manner etc but I have found Dr Rosh to be very polite, friendly and professional. I personally go to improve my appearance and dont need small talk or to spend ages chatting. Dr Rosh is polite, professional and results based. Would recommend!

I had a small amount of tear trough filler with Dr. Ali, along with a bit of filler next to my nose and Profhilo treatment. I’m really happy with the results i look more awake and refreshed without it being too obvious. Dr. Ali was professional and made me feel completely at ease.
